Wrong capacity product

I realized while I was trying to install my security cam this morning. Contacted support, and they couldn’t do anything because the return window has passed by 2 weeks. Please check your product thoroughly when you receive them. I just looked at it and didn’t pay attention to the capacity when I received it. Understand it has passed the return window, but I was disappointed by how BestBuy handled this.
