Screen was replaced in first year with ease

I called Samsung since it was still under the manufacturer's warranty and 2 days later, 2 lovely guys came and (right in front of us) switched out the LED Screen right there on our sofa. I give the TV itself 4 stars - the extra star is for Samsung's prompt customer service.
