I purchased this tv to replace our severely outdated 45" projection tv. Its like being at the movies in my living room. The picture is awesome straight out of the box but you can adjust it to your personal viewing. The sound is good for me, but you can add sound bar if you choose. There are HDMI ports for the dvd and game players. It even makes my VHS tapes look better. I am really old school if you haven't guessed. I do however love the built in apps for Roku. Now I have internet streaming with no plug in device. There is nothing bad I can say about this tv, the price or the service at Best Buy. Love it.

Great picture, love all of the features The tv has great features and I love that it connects to the other Samsung products I have. Quality of the picture is great.

Purchased as a replacement to aTV that we have had for 8 years and 4 moves. This is a huge improvement on picture quality. Plus the price was right.

Th shows with great color and lighting. Easy to unpack and operate. Love the automatic adjustable contrast as the lighting in the room changes threw the day.

Being new to smart TVs, there are more functions than we even know what to do with, but so far it’s been a dream. It works right out of the box and literally walks you through anything that you need to do to set it up which is super minimal. Within minutes we had it integrated with our Alexa device to turn it on by voice and change the channel and increase the volume. Also connected to the Internet so that we can go to websites and Also set up to use screen mirroring on our phone to share Pix and videos from the day to a group right from our phone. Oh and our phone is a remote tooa

Pretty good TV for the price. First one has issues with it connecting to wifi and volume. Returned it and got another one. No issues on the other one.

we are loving this tv, great quality picture. sound is okay, but we knew that the slimmer designs don't have great capacity for sound depth so we have a soundbar for movies. the interface is a little difficult to navigate at first. It took us quite a while to get our comcast cable to feed through, but finally got that set up. one note, make sure if you are mounting this on a wall that you measure where to mount based off the mounting holes in the back of the television - THEY ARE NOT CENTERED ON THE TV and this caused us to need to rehang the tv. that was frustrating.

I ordered my TV online and on sale, late on a Sunday evening but I learned on Monday AM that my pickup person had a conflict so I needed to change my arrangement. My attempt to call and change the order through an online “associate” was most frustrating! I waited FOREVER to hear him say “it can’t be changed!” I drove some distance in rain and construction to the Best Buy store closest to me and the clerk changed my order promptly and pleasantly to Delivery to my home the next day! My TV was delivered as promised by 2 polite young men wearing their masks.

Love the picture quality and the ease of setting it up, I like that I do t need and external device to get my streaming stations will be buying another

Easy to set up. Great picture and decent speakers. We added a Bose Solo 5 speaker since we put it in our great room with high ceilings. Would recommend this TV.

The TV has a great picture! The screen is large and the color is amazing! It was easy to mount and the sound is perfect!

My old tv went bad and had to replace it and found this great buy for a 65” tv. It has 4K UHD with HDR and 1080P and has great color. And a smart tv too. So far I am satisfied with my decision.

This tv had a price for all that we got. It has good, clear picture quality, options to choose from such as Hulu and other apps to choose from and easy to set up.

Perfect fit for any corporate conference room. Great price and quality. Great tool for displaying charts and P&L at department meetings. Easy connection to any laptop.

Bought recently and was a breeze to set up. Settings might take some getting used to, as there are menu within menus (ie. closed caption). Overall would recommend as good for the price point.

Great pic quality value for money. Perfect fit for the living room ease of use even the kids used it without issues.
