Great size, picture and price. Sound output can be a little better, but nothing a sound bar can't fix.

I purchased this TV after our 4 year old LG we bought online from Best Buy went kaput and LG wouldn't honor a warranty because I did not have my itemized detailed receipt. What I could pull online from Best Buy didn't cut it. This TV was easy to install. We have it sitting on our TV stand and the picture is super clear and the sound is good. We watch a lot of movies so we use the soundbar more. So far, we are happy with this TV. I hope it lasts longer than LG!

I've owned a lot of Samsung products in the past - especially their phones, which were all great. So I figured their TV's would be great too.... I was wrong... I was so wrong. Where to even begin. Well for starters, mounting this thing onto the wall is basically the worst idea ever. All of the ports are basically in this little "cave" in the TV so when it's close to a wall, it's impossible to get into. Let's continue though. I went from a TV that had Android installed to this thing and man.... the UI on this TV is basically the worst thing I've ever dealt with. I spent I think literally an entire day just trying to get everything set up using this caveman remote control that doesn't have a voice-to-text option (as most newer TV's do nowadays). I was actually so annoyed by having to type each and every letter and number individually that I decided to add my own bluetooth keyboard.... after about 40 minutes of removing the TV from the wall just so I could get to the USB port, I was finally able to install the wireless keyboard's USB dongle aaaand... what do you know, it barely works on anything :D Basically the most you can do with a wireless keyboard on this TV is... use the arrow keys... great. Super helpful. Good thinking, Samsung. When I actually need to type anything in (eg. signing into an account or typing a movie I want to watch), it disables the keyboard completely and forces you to, again, type each and every single letter individually by scrolling to "s", pressing enter, scrolling to "t", pressing enter, scrolling to "u", pressing enter, etc. And before you say, "Well just use the 'SmartThings' app!" No... it's basically useless too. All you can really do with that app is turn the volume up and down, change the channel and input ONLY NUMBERS - no letters..... WHY?! JUST WHY?! Why not give us a keyboard, Samsung? "But why would anyone ever want to type letters quickly with an on-phone keyboard when they could play a ridiculous puzzle game just navigating to each letter individually, only taking literally 40x longer? 0_o DERP" - Samsung. Connectivity issues: 1st of all, this ridiculous TV only has 2.4Ghz WiFi!!!!!! Are you serious, Samsung???!!! I mean 5Ghz WiFi chips cost all of $0.10 more but that's too much of a price increase to include it in this $500 TV?? For those of you who don't know, 2.4Ghz WiFi is ridiculously slow and short-ranged compared to 5Ghz. Do to this and it's distance from my router, this TV is constantly buffering (especially on 4k content), losing connection and even logging me out of accounts somehow....??? And then once again, I have to take their cave man remote control and scroll to "s", scroll to "t", scroll to "upid TV". Now let's talk about the quality: For the most part, the quality is actually pretty nice... except when there's a dark scene and you notice all of the vertical banding in the darks. It's faint enough to where you won't notice it most of the time but once you see it in the dark scenes... there's no unseeing it. And it's annoying. I've owned a lot of TV's in my days but... this is BY FAR, the worst one I've ever owned.... and I've owned some pretty sketchy smart TV's. I'm returning this while I'm still in the return window and going for an LG or a Sony or just... anything else. Never again will I buy a Samsung TV. What the heck were you thinking, Samsung? -_-

My son wanted a 65'' for his room and he loves it! The picture quality is excellent and it was very easy to set up.

I've had this for a while and I have to say, the picture is clear and excellent! It does seem to have unproportional levels of blacklight on the edges which do cause an uneven image. It makes darker scenes lose their impact, in all honesty. I tried contacting my insurance I bought about this, but they said it's "normal." If that's the case, this product losses a star because the normal aspect of it sucks. It also only has 2 HDMI ports; make sure to keep that in mind when you are purchasing this!

Great tv and can’t beat the price.... this is my fifth Samsung tv I have purchased and they are worth every penny.

High resolution.. smart TV is wonderful. Great sound.. last years model..

We’ve previously only bought a different brand of TV, but decided to go with this brand after having repetitive issues with our previous TVs. Straight out of the box we were immediately impressed with the picture quality. The sound was decent as well. Set up was extremely easy and the remote is easy to use as well. While our favorite college team is not playing this season, we’re excited to eventually get to watch games on this television.

Perfect size, easy to use apps for streaming and worked with my existing wall mount. Awesome picture and color.

Really nice TV. Clear picture and solid install. Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu Access. Makes things much easier.
