I do not use all of the smart features on this TV and I may not ever use them. However, if you are looking for a TV that looks great, sounds great great and lasts this TV is for you. We have several big screen Samsung TV's now and they are nice. We use them a lot of hours each day and they last. And for the price you can't beat it.

This TV has a great picture and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was a little difficult to mount on the wall. Samsung TV’s now come with little adapters for the mounting screws. None of the screws in my “universal” wall mount kit were long enough the fit. I had to run to a hardware store to find M8 screws that were long enough (50mm).

It could never be more satisfying . The Screen is like the movies. It's was purchase for the entertainment room. I would tell anyone purchase this Big screen T.V.,I haven't not mastered using it as of today,It takes time. I am still learning how to move back and forth from fire T.V to regular channels. I didn't put cable on this T.V.just a fire stick.

Excellent, picture is great. Largest set I’ve ever owned and the picture is great. Had Best Buy deliver and they contacted me by phone and email to confirm appointment. Actually came a bit early! Box/tv were undamaged and well packaged. Set up was easy, especially for me since I seem to be so tech challenged sometimes. Very happy with the entire experience. Would recommend

I had purchased LG and had it for a few months and was never able to use it properly.always had issues with wifi connection. I had geek squad come in to "repair" the tv like 6 times and nothing. Very annoying. After so much conflict, I was able to get a replacement...I chose Samsung which was the one I had in mind too and so far so good. Image is awesome and sound is great! No issues :)

The options to change pictures is can be seen so easily. This tv is amazing .

I have enjoyed using this TV and I am happy with the picture quality. What I am disappointed about is that we noticed that it doesn't have the ability to be mounted to the wall. My husband and I just noticed since we decided to relocated to to upstairs living room and wanted to mount it. We do not know if it was just our TV but we are definitely not happy with that factor.
