Service was excellent but slow. I didn't realize that I needed to sign in and wait for an employee. Which explains why I walked around and around looking for help. But it was all fine. I appreciated being in Best Buy than over at Nebraska Furniture Mart. I do my best to stay out of that store.

Outstanding visuals and sound

They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. The picture is amazing - it looks like we're looking out a large window - clarity of depth is outstanding. Another plus is that the TV, soundbar and media player all work off one remote without needing to program non-Samsung components.
