Great tv for the price Great picture and features

I was really exited to purchase this product due to having many other Samsung products throughout the years. This was my first purchase of a 4k Samsung tv. The good thing about this product was the color contrast and picture quality. I tested this product out on numerous 4k movies and games via my Amazon Fire TV and PS4 Pro respectively. The bad about this product was that it was defective a mere 2 hours after using this product. The tv started to cut off and on repeatedly. I unplugged the power cable, disconnected Hdmi cables and tried to see if that resolved the issue. Well it didnt, a black line appeared on the middle of the screen indicating some sort of issue with the picture. After reading reviews on various sites about this brand, I have found that they are known for having different issues with panels, connections, ect. I returned this item and exchanged for an LG 65 inch 4k instead. I would say for $500 dollars this Samsung with hdr is a great bargain but buyer beware.

They need to note in their listing it's a 2018 model. We did have issues with setting up with emails and passwords but we finally got it. Price was good. Will find out after awhile. Not crazy about the remote. Two years ago we purchased a Hiense and it sucked. The first year I had to put a new mother board. We have four Samsungs. I will never buy any other.

Very impressive television. I do not regret this purchase at all. The price was was phenomenal, way beyond wha tI expected to pay for it. It is an awesome television, viewing quality is the best, access to web is great. I love th eidea ofbeing able to access any app and i donot need to use more than one remote to access the various apps. I love this computer.

Good quality smart TV for the price. I do not have cable so I connected it to a digital antenna to watch local channels and I do lots of streaming. Love that this TV already comes with Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO GO, Hulu, Apple TV installed. There are more app options available to install if needed

I could not get a demo of the picture quality before I purchased the tv, but I took a punt anyway and it was in my favor. Picture quality is good, though I wouldn’t mind if black levels were slightly higher. Contrast is alright. Sound quality is really good - you wouldn’t need external speakers most of the time.
