Had a vizio but it happened to stop playing picture only sound and I needed a tv quickly I found this Samsung tv and I absolutely love it wouldn’t get another tv so glad I got this tv never had a big tv so this 65 inch is better than anything I’ve had before.

The picture quality is good, better than off brand tv's but not as good as the newer, higher priced tv's. Whats bugs me is the tv is a little slow in terms of pressing a button on the remote and the tv reacting. That being said, I'm still happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

TV was very easy to setup. In fact, when powering it on, the TV played some soothing music while walking me through the process... nice touch! The process involved installing the SmartThings app, which unfortunately requires setting up a Samsung account .

I’ve owned this TV for 7 months and have had no issues. On only 2 occasions the TV turned off by itself but i can live with that. Works well with mirroring and has most basic features built in. I’m going to purchase more for the other rooms in my house this year.

Purchased TV online and had free delivery at home, from BestBuy. TV has beautiful picture and great sound! Speakers on TV are loud, compared to old TV. I’m very happy with Samsung 65”. This is 3rd Samsung TV for our home. Highly recommend.

Michael and mitch were amazing installing the TV and wall mount. Super fast and explained everything. Comcast wifi blows. Has trouble connecting to my TV. Using an ethernet cable. NOT BESTBUY OR GEEKSQUADS FAULT. They need to catch up in the technology end for this 4k TV.

Great tv with excellent picture quality. Would prefer one more usb or hdmi port or accommodate my needs, but I make it work. Sound with Samsung smart bar is excellent and I’m pleased with the overall experience. Some WiFi issues at times where I have to log back in, but nothing pressing.

Was looking for a large screen 4k uhd for my family room. The 65 inch model fit perfectly and is large enough to satisfy our needs. Downsides are only 2 hdmi outputs and no bluetooth, but great for the price. Super picture and pretty good sound through the tv.

I purchased this tv for my husband for Christmas. He had a 50 inch and wanted to go bigger (hint, hint). He absolutely loves it, especially when he’s watching sports. The picture is great! The fact that they took away from the framing around the tv is a plus. Glad I made this purchase.

This is a great tv. The picture is amazing. The tv also has a lot of options to change settings for different views.

We always stick with samsung especially when it comes to TVs. Samsung always has great picture quality, there is a little bit of lagging when you use some of the apps like Hulu or Netflix but other than that works great! Especially for the price that we paid for was it a deal. I would recommend this tv

I purchased this TV while it was on a good sale. I was happy with how easily it set up, and the picture quality, although I wouldn't be able to say if it is just me but it is sometimes more of a dumb tv than a smart tv. It often loses internet connection, not allowing me to access any of the available apps on the tv, the interface to add additional apps is horrendous, and every once in a while the sound on the tv will cut out and needs to be turned off and back on. I also find issue with the tv only having 2 HDMI ports. As most people probably have in their home, a cable box and game console is all that i can hook up to this tv at any one time, leaving my blu ray player and any other consoles to have the cords just sitting behind the tv waiting for me to switch them out. The quality on this tv could be much better.

This tv has been great and has great sound. It's screen is great and we loved it for our large bedroom with the tv farther away from the bed. Great price, too! The Samsung TV we are still trying to figure out but we love streaming Netflix/Prime etc... on it!

Excellent TV for the price. I purchased this TV for my mother-in-law. She loves the size and ease of use. The video quality for 1080p movies is great. Haven't tried using 4k movies, but that's my next step. Overall, we are happy with the TV.

Great picture and sound quality. My only gripe is that the screen mirroring function was busted. Couldn't connect my laptop wirelessly which was a pain with the pandemic and working from home. Not sure what gives. Called tech support and they were not very helpful.

Extremely happy with the quality of this TV for the price. Great color and brightness, and easy to setup. Comes with Samsung TV so there are some basic movie and TV options included free. The only real criticisms I have are the number of USB/HDMI inputs but that's to be expected in a TV of this price range and a switch is like $10 at Microcenter anyway. There was also this annoying power saver setting that would change the brightness setting of the TV whenever the screen was displaying darker scenes. It was particularly annoying during title and end credits sequences because it would appear as though our TV was flickering on and off. It was easily fixed by accessing the debug menu and adjusting the brightness thresholds, just google how to access the hidden menu and there are plenty of youtube videos explaining the process.

Everything Samsung makes is top notch quality product. Including this TV. It had great picture quality and I haven't been disappointed yet. The only downside is the speaker which I output audio from the TV to a surround sound system.

Got this tv for the bedroom and so far everything is great. Good picture and sound quality. Came with Pre loaded streaming apps and I was able to download the spectrum app which I need to use with my tv streaming that I wasn’t able to use with the LG tv. Overall it’s a good value for the price.
