The whole process, from purchasing online, to delivery of the TV, and they took away our old set, to setting up the new one has been great. The new TV was easy to set up and once I became a little familiar with it, was very easy to use.

I was missing out on the picture quality of a Samsung. No regrets about my purchase. Definitely recommend a Samsung TV to everybody. Especially that Chiefs going to beat the Patriots this weekend.

Great tv for the price, but after a year, there is a shadow on the LEFT side. I think this is caused by screen burn from video games, will keep an eye on it as I think it should go away, since I've banned my kids from playing video games on this tv now.

My TV is great so far. I can see the picture clearly. I just had eye surgery and purchased a Samsung 65" 6 series. The picture wasn't clear to me and my family. Samsung are good TVs. I love my Westinghouse 65" TV I can see clearly now.

We have been using the TV for 60+ days... No issues or concerns whatsoever. Couple things to note during install: Make sure you have HDMI 2.0 cables. I thought I had 2.0 cables but did not and the connection from cable box to TV was not working. Additionally, the SMART Apps are great. I installed the Charter/Spectrum Cable APP so I no longer need the cable box. One other thing. the Samsung TV remote automatically connected to my new LG sound bar so I do not have to use a separate volume remote or program the sound bar into a different remote. Overall, very happy with TV.

Originally bought the TCL Roku, but the Roku interface was a pain. Easily exchanged for the Samsung and was blown away. Much better picture and better user interface. Added a wireless sound bar and sub woofer. Can’t beat it for the money.

I purchased this tv use in our game room/loft area. The tv was easy to setup using the Samsung setup. The tv has a great picture and great sound. I’ve had the tv for a couple of years now with no issues or regrets.

This TV is the perfect size for our livingroom. It has a wonderful picture and great sound. It was for my mom and dad, where my mom has bad eye sight and my dad doesn't hear well. Fits both their needs perfectly.

So, like the title said, I broke my tv and replaced it with this. I was astounded by the picture and I can say that the sound coming from the tv is great. Hearing things I missed in some of my favorite movies. Very happy.

Love the Samsung channels. Bought this for my nephew who only had a cheap antenna. After doing a scan on this TV , he ended up with over 200 free channels. Great picture, sound could be a little better, but adequate.

Easy to set-up; excellent picture. Didn't want to spend more than the $479 this set has been selling for since before Black Friday. I suppose the experts would note that this set is from 2018 but it more than meets my requirements.

I need one for my family room but I was looking for one who can fit my budget and while I want to the store I saw it and decide to buy it I don't have any regret it was a good price for me and I would recommend to a friend.

I bought this TV as a father's day gift to myself. I am very happy with the picture quality and overall performance. Best Buy made it very easy to have the TV delivered to my home. I did not have to worry about a thing!

A good value even for a 2018 model. Wireless card not very fast, and the remote is absolutely the silliest/worst I've encountered, tossed for a universal remote that works far better. But would still buy again. And my BB pick-up experience was five star.

I purchased this tv for my parents. It was a huge upgrade. The smart tv can be a littlweconfusing but they were able to pick it up pretty quickly. The speakers and visuals are beautiful. They love it!

great picture, easy to connect with current provider's equipment. only issue is I think I am going to get a sound system to enhance the experience. speakers are ok, but for the size of the room, would like to have a better experience.

We purchased this tv because it was at a great price. It has your usual smart tv app one thing that I did notice it didn’t have was Bluetooth not a big deal since this is the family room tv but it would’ve been useful.

Great quality tv with easy set up. I wish the picture was a bit more sharp as I was told this is the tv for watching sports. It’s not the perfect quality but for the price I paid I am very happy. The sound is crisp and clear. I do recommend this for this price point.

Much better than expected. Great sound and picture. Watching sports without glitches and skips, no buffering or other common issues. Very pleased with this purchase. Would recommend that you consider this as a possible purchase.

I have been searching to replace a 40' TV when i came across this deal. It was delivered quickly and set up was a breeze. Really have enjoyed this TV with the options that it offers. Picture and color quality makes for great viewing.
