Cannot get netflix or Hulu to work. The price on this TV makes it worth just getting a chromecast to go with it.

My remote stopped working. I called in to the store and was given a replacement, no questions asked. My internet spontaneously disconnected from the wifi feature. Customer Support helped me get that fixed within 5 minutes and we were good to go. I will definitely be making more purchases of this type in the future!
