I have had many Large Screen TV's, many different brands. I think this is one of the best TV's that you can buy for the money.

Great pictures but the 3 D is not that great-much improvement is needed

As many of you do, we agonize and research our purchases, especially ones that have this kind of price tag. So after deciding to go with LED over plasma, I went with samsung because of their quality products. I am currently on my 3rd set, I had to bring it back twice due to defects..1st time I noticed green and purple lines bleeding through along with some spotty white patches on dark scenes. So I brought it back to best buy and they replaced it with another unit, no questions asked. I unboxed and put this unit up on the wall and when I turned it on was shocked to notice the white shadows, blotches, clouds..whatever you want to call it, but very noticeable on any dark scene, unacceptable for me. So I brought it back the very next day and best buy replaced it with another unit, once again great experience and service. Now after unboxing and putting my 3rd set on the wall I thought that this process was finally complete, however same problem existed. Not sure if this is a problem with all led TVs, but I cannot accept it. The white cloudy patches are very noticeable and quite distracting on any dark scene. So after being extremely disappointed with Samsungs product I will take this unit down and return it for another brand. After reading all the reviews and how great the picture quality, I've decided to go with the Panasonic 65" gt50. Hopefully I won't be disappointed with the plasma technology.

Great TV. Took it home, and the speakers were bad. Easily exchanged. Hooked up the second one. Same problem. Going to take it back now.

I own several Samsung TV's and never has a problem with any of them until I got this one. The picture quality on this 65 inch Led TV was horrible. I thought it was the setting but I played around with the picture settings for several days and still was bad. I even went on line to see what picture setting is good and still did not look good, Four different people said it was bad. I dont know if I got a bad TV or this model Samsung are bad TV's .

Love the TV. Setup was easy. Picture is spectacular (once you calibrate it) A set of Microbridge HDMI cables (w/ ethernet) were not recognized, but that was a small bump in the road, I just used a set of standard hi-speed HDMI cables and they work great. I love the size and picture. I did not buy the set for the 3D, but WOW...is it stunning. VERY SATISFIED!!

So i got this TV for christmas and all i have to say is that it is amazing what this could do. First off, the picture quality is stunning, i have watched many movies on it since i have gotten it and it really feels like you are watching it live. Also, the 3d capabilities are breath-taking and really make you feel emerged into the movie. Next, the online features it has is countess. You can go watch netflix, play angry birds, and even shop on amazon. This makes me question why i even have a computer lol. Lastly, the setup is easy and it is pretty easy to learn how to maneuver through its functions. It does have some of the best sound quality that I have heard. Making me feel like I am in a movie theater. Overall, I feel like this TV will be worth every penny you spend on it and even though the price might sound a little steep you should really give it a thought and check it out!

Setup of this TV was a snap. The stand is already attached to the TV out of the box, but it is easily removed if mounting. This TV has the slimmest stand that i have found, which makes it a good candidate to sit on a mantle (secured of course) or shallow shelf. The TV was networked and up and running in under 10 minutes. Voice command features were not set up initially, but when demo'd in the tore, seemed a little quirky. Firmware updates usually fix this. Black levels and colors are amazing. The TV has 30 million colors, has no detectable motion blur, and blu ray looks amazing. Make sure to get a good HDMI cable for this TV, it's worth it! Save the money for a Sharp Elite and get this one. There is supposed to be a 75 inch version of this TV as well. The Internet features are great. I like the fitness suite on the TV. There are more apps than I will EVER use. There is also a web browser that comes on the TV as well. You can add a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to the TV as well.

The main reason I bought the TV was for the “Smart” feature technology. I was tired of turning on other gadgets to get to online streaming options. I was able to easily setup the internet and download apps. I would highly recommend a USB wireless keyboard to connect to the TV. Going though the screen keyboard would most likely give you finger cramps and most likely not make you that function. As for the television itself the initial setup was fairly simple. I was asked to download the latest software updates as soon I setup the wireless connection. The initial pictures setting are at best average. There has to be some calibration with this television in order to get the best picture possible. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.

For those complaining about the clouding issue, I think I have the answer. When I first set up my TV, the picture started out bright and then darkened. It would occasionally lighten and then darken. I went into the TV menu - picture and turned of the Eco (ecological) setting. That solved the darkening issue. I now have a bright, consistent picture.

This television is awesome. I really didn't have any expectations when I brought it home. I basically wanted the best tv in a 65" size to replace a projection TV in my rec room. Very smooth. Nice interface for apps, etc. My kids absolutely love it. Integrated to WIFI seamlessly. Logged into my MLB.tv, NETFLIX, HBOGO, Hulu, Pandora and ESPN Scorecenter Apps. We had theater sound system in place already. Sound for a large room could have been a little better. The guy at the store told me it would suck but it really wasn't bad. I'm in love with it.

This is my first LED and I love it. Great for live sports and movies, especially ppv 1080p's and Blu Rays. I did set blur and judder to 9 out of 10 and that difference was very noticeable. When you watch sitcoms and 60 min shows, you will notice that the picture is NOT as sharp as live sports and 1080p movies. There is no escape from this no matter what tv u get. When those shows are filmed or taped, they use heavy filters to soften the actors and it kills the true hidef picture. To see this difference, just flip between a live sporting event like NFL and any 30 or 60 minute show. But overall, the picture quality and brightness is outstanding.

Easy setup, great picture, no problems except for the limited number of HDMI connections. I have to pay another 80.00 for a splitter so that I can connect all of my devices.

This is a great TV and the price was reasonable. I believe they say that Sharp makes a better TV at this size, but I have no regrets and found this picture to be better than the Sharp in the store.

Samsung televisions have a great picture. Once we got it hooked up to the internet, it has been a fine time. Surfing, netflix..... everything is good. Today we are watching the Steelers LIFE SIZE!! I bought a wireless keyboard for surfing ease and a couple of Bose speakers. We can't say enough about this TV. Luv it.
