Love the TV picture

When I bough this; I asked if it went on sale would the honor the new price/promo? They said yes. A few days after they offered 5X the reward points. I was told I would get them, but have never..... I have been waiting and waiting. I have been told something different by every person I have talked to.... It is not big deal to them, just put in the points. And I only get 25 bonus points to submit this review (not worth my time). Wow, that will really help me out (NOT). Seriously considering going somewhere else! I have about $5,500 dollars worth of things just sitting in my checkout basket. And, of course, I am getting emails: Do you need help with check out? I get an email just about everyday to buy something else, but I still haven't received my email stating I get the 5X points for this TV!!! Disappointed with customer service beyond belief!!!

Outstanding TV with super features

Very friendly, very professional, made great recommendations, and simplified the connections to our Surround Sound, cable box and DVD player. They spent time to make sure we understood how to operate the remote that is quite different than our normal remote. In addition the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of the TV and the stand it now sits on.
