Been a great purchase so far, no problems setting up and using its multiple options. Remote not for me. My cable box remote is easier to use.

This is an excellent TV. The picture is clear, the remote is compact and easy to use, and I love the slim profile and aluminum-colored frame.

We absolutely love this tv! We were hesitant to go with a smart tv but we have had no problems learning to use it, it's very user friendly.

Replace a 7 year old Samsung 61" slim DLP and the picture and technology is great on this model.

Fantastic picture and good sound, the remote controls pretty much everything but I'm still not as comfortable with it as I was with the one from the cable co. The mount was expensive but it came with all the right hardware and was easy to install.

We love our new tv. Great clear picture. Sound is poor without a sound system so we really suggest purchasing one along with it.

I was hoping the TV would integrate web browsing with the same quality and performance that Samsung has improved the picture, sound, and remote multi-function control. But this simply was not the case. However, I expect the Samsung will dramatically improve the web browser in future models. Additionally, I would like to see the ability to record over-the-air (OTA) channels with a TIVO-like capability. I'm also expecting these functions and improvements to be incorporated into next generation models.

Within 45 days the remote quit working and had to get a new one. They touch pad which controls changing channels doesn't work.

We struggled with the purchase due to the average picture quality at first. Our cable from the box was almost 50' and we found that by using a better quality cable and having the set calibrated the picture popped to a very good quality.

Everybody in the family loves this nice TV which brought a good plus to our online movie & music streaming entertainment.

The HDTV has tremendous video quality and its apps are intuitive for even novice users. We use this tv everyday and watch both cable programming as well as streamed video from netflix with no discernible difference in quality. The wifi feature of the tv works great with very little delay in downloading or streaming content.

This TV has all in it. It's near to higher end and matches the best picture quality and awesome look.. Love watching it.
