The picture quality is awesome. The sound is so-so. The number of apps is awesome.

The sound quality for the tv isn't the best. The tv itself has great picture.

My wife and I really enjoy our products they we purchased. The warranty and setup were at little expensive but this is the products we chose so we're dealing with it. Having use all the great features yet, but we plan too.

Really weak sound is the only knock on this TV - not unexpected with a TV that thin, but it's still a knock. Had to purchase a soundbar to get decent sound. The touchpad feature remote is pretty useless, too - why would I want to do that many things just to pause a movie??? Should have had the basic controls on the remote if they were going to add the touchpad feature.

I love the TV but having trouble with the remote. Nothing wrong with it I think it's me. The touchpad is very sensitive. No number keypad. I do thing there is a learning curve involved. Just have to learn how to use it.

TV is a great product for the price. Has all the features to watch online content plus some. I like the fact that I can control all my devices with one remote control.

TV is great for the money, it needs to have surround sound or speaker bar so you can hear it with out turning it up to 100. Overall great TV, I have it connected to surround sound in myh living room so it works well!

Great tv, only reason sound didnt get an excellent is because we have a Bose surround sound, so cant compare to that. We havent tried the 3-D yet, or the "smart tv" part yet. Love everything that we have used so far.

Excellent tv and colors. Not workable remote. No numbers on remote.

ALL THINGS ARE GREAT ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG TV. I ENJOY WATCHING IT AND IT HAS A GREAT DESING. THE ONLY THING I AM NOT SATISFYING ABOUT IS BUILD IN PROGRAM WHICH ARE YOUTUVE, INTERNET ETC. THIESE THINGS LOAD TOO LATE.

Really happy about the purchase!! With it up and running and the sound bar in place, it makes Sunday's an even better experience. Couldn't be more satisfied.

The picture quality is great but the sound needs improvement.

The Tv is a great buy and offers a lot of features. However it is replacing a google tv and even though technically it is able to run google application, samsung decided to go without putting the play store on this tv limiting the apps quite a bit. They do have their own store on their, but it is no where near as good as the play store.

Went to best buy to get an 75" tv abd when I went to purchase I saw this tv on display the representative showed me how the smart tv worked and I fell in love with this tv so I got this one

My only problem with this set is that I cannot connect the"universal" remote to my blu ray player or my directv box... so a lot of the smart features won't work .. other than that... awesome!
