I read through all the reviews and the only negative item I found was people commenting on the sound. But, if you're going to put in a sound system (Sonos) along with the TV, then who cares? Everything I've used on this device has worked great. We tried out the 3D the other night and it was awesome. This is the first LED TV that I've purchased, and also the first flat screen at that size. So it's possible that all of them are this great and I'm just don't know any better. But, I am completely satisfied with the purchase.

Although on the pricier side, I really enjoy my new TV, it has great sound and picture quality, and it was very easy to setup and use!

The Samsung 65 inch smart LED TV has an excellent picture and is very easy to use. I was able to use the TV without reading the manual.

A top notch TV and I am in the video quality business for a living. I find new things that pleasantly surprise me every day. I thought the 3D would be hokey and gimmicky. WRONG it is fantastic. Unbelievable for a TV in your living room. I have Direct TV and they have a 3D channel. Watch two 3D movies in a month and you have paid for the Direct TV cost every month. This is one of the purchases I had to go round and round with my wife and now she watches it all the time while I have to watch the smaller TV in the study.

The picture quality is excellent. Even the non HD channels are sharp. Very stylish. The 3D is a neat feature to have and watch too

Great quality, light weight, Amazing picture, user friendly

The TV is really nice, light weight, thin profile, swivel base. The off angle viewing is very good. I've read some reviews complaining about the remote and I admit it takes a bit of getting used to but I like it. I find "smart menus" to be a bit deep for casual use but they are "usable." When I first streamed via DLNA to it, there were issues with the TV recognizing the server but it got straightened out after some time. If you find this TV on sale, buy it, you won't be disappointed.

After doing considerable research, I decided that Samsung was the brand most recommended for LED TV's. I went from a 46 inch, seven year old, Sony model to the 65 inch, 7100 series. The advancements in TV's has been nothing short of amazing! Great picture quality and many innovative features (that I haven't completely figured out yet). I am happy with the product and the great service at Best Buys. In addition, the 18 month, interest free pay plan offered was another incentive.

Got this TV as an open box deal for $1,800, I was able to negotiate in the store with the manager after the floor person didn't feel comfortable doing so. It was supposed to come with 4 pairs of 3D glasses but it did not, I called that store and they honored the 3D glasses for me for no charge! The TV has an amazing picture and is definitely worth the extra money! I play a lot of video games on it which is beyond cool on that size screen. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

purchased tv, blu ray player, and sound bar and had geek squad connect all to my wall. need tv remote to work the many fun functions of Smart TV, need cable remote to turn on system and channels, need sound bar remote to adjust volume, need blu ray remote to work dvd. UGH Geek squad said no way to integrate all, but you'll get used to it. After a month I hate being in remote hell. Picture is great, but tv apeakers are useless unless you hook to a sound bar or receiver/speaker system

You couldn't ask for a better picture. Almost went with a 4K model until I saw just how great this picture was. Don't waste your money on 4K, Just get a Samsung. The sound is a bit weak but is easily explained by the thin nature of the TV. It's EXTREMELY difficult to get good sound with such thin speakers. However, When you connect the TV audio output to a home entertainment system you instantly HAVE YOUR OWN MOVIE THEATER AT HOME. The digital sound output is AWESOME!!!

We purchased this TV the Sunday before Thanksgiving. It was easy to set up. We purchased the sound bar because we read reviews that the sound directly from the TV was not great and we have a fairly large living room. I personally have not had time to play with the TV much as my husband and boys are constantly watching TV but I have not heard them complain at all. We are novices at all this but I think the picture and sound quality are great. All of our TVs are Samsung.

Upgraded to this TV from a Sony Bravia XBR4 52". I've since spent dozens of hours reading reviews and tweaking settings, can't seem to correct the following issues. 1) On dark scenes, the edges of the TV are noticably brighter (light bleed) than the rest of the screen. The corners are the worst. I've tried all 4 modes, have brightness down to 40-45, and backlight around 7. I'll blame that on fact it is edge lit vs full back light like my previous TV was. issue 2) The entire TV backlight will get brighter and dimmer depending on what is in the scene. The Matrix movies are really bad if you want to test it out. I have the ECO setting and light sensor turned off and tried all 4 picture modes, it won't stop. My Sony XBR4 did this but only during credits. This TV will do it almost constantly, especially when a face in a dark scene looks toward or away from the camera. Issue 3) This TV's processor can't handle motion smoothing. If you turn it on, the picture will jump and skip frames. If you turn it off, scenes where the camera pans are the worst. The Hobbit opening scene where the camrea pans across the map from The Shire is awful, then I hooked it up to my Bravia and it was nice and smooth. I don't know what it is, maybe my expectations are too high. But my TV from 2008 kills this TV in performance, not worth the $2k in my opinion. For daytime viewing, most of these problems are less noticeable. The remote control is pretty much useless for me (it has a touch pad and not many buttons).

Very clear and beautiful picture quality. 65" LED screen makes it almost life-like. Easy to use remote control.

Needed to upgrade my TV so I could connect a computer up to it. Ten minutes it was out of the box and running, 15 minutes I had it connected and color balanced the way I liked it. The only downside is the speakers point down so the sound quality isn't the best. The TV is so slim there isn't a whole lot of room for them in the first place. If you are connecting to a stereo it isn't an issue anyway. I almost hope another TV goes out so I can replace that one.

Worth every Penny to get the best Internet TV. Great color and clarity. Easy to access the internet features.
