This TV is great. Does everything we were looking for. Netflix, hulu, HBOGO, ect. We are overall happy with it. There was one problem we did have with it though. 5 Months into owning it the cooling fan for the main board failed. Started with a slight clicking noise that increased and eventually went away (dead fan). TV would turn on but then throw a fan error message and then shutdown shortly after. After being on the phone with Samsung for over an hour, getting told that there wasn't a fan in my unit, and having them not truly understand what was happening with it they decided to send out a tech. Samsung was out to repair it within a week. Fan was replaced, and the TV is working just as great as before.

I bought this during a holiday sale at a great price. The 4k upscaling is superb. It gets a lot of compliments on it's clarity and color.

Only problem was the sticker they put on it. Had to get cleaned out to get the gunk off. Was missing box and manual but easy to set up

I have not used the 3D glasses but the picture is the best I've ever seen. You wont go to the Movie's any more after purchasing this T.V.

This is my first 4K 3D TV and it is more than what I expected. Not disappointed at all. Even friends have commented what an awesome TV.

Love the tv has a great picture and easy to set up and understand. I would recommend the tv but need to purchase a sound bar because the sound is not very loud.

Great television and excellent picture quality. Chose this television over Sony and LG 4k televisions. Only downside is that the television is slightly more expensive than the other comparable options.

We love our Samsung 65" UN65HU8550FXZA 4K HD TV! The picture is great, with the Sono's sound system, it's like being in a theater.

Wanted a new television for about a year don't know why we waited. This TV was worth the wait. What an awesomely clear picture.

The picture is really clear. Great for watching movies on with surround sound hooked up. Feels like you are in a movie theater.

Picture is very clear, viewing angles are excellent, and features are amazing. Though I didn't, and still don't care for 3D, all of the other smart features are great, with the possible exception of the web browser which feels sluggish. I never had much interest in Smart TVs, but not needing 3 other devices to run, Netflix, HBO-go, etc is really nice. I did have to factory reset the TV once due to some kind of hangup it was having. I would buy it again.

Would be a little pricey at full price, but got it on sale and am very happy with it.

Beautiful picture with lots of controls for adjusting it. Plenty of "extras" in the form of applets, etc, are within easy reach, and the secondary "pointer" remote is great for accessing them. I do like the smaller base (models just below this one had "feet" on each end, which required a base as wide as the screen). Only thing missing is a swivel mount, as my previous set had. I can't comment on the audio as I use a surround sound system for that.

Easy setup. Auto configured blue ray and sound system. Phenomenal picture quality.

After researching for a Tv, we found Samsung to lead the market on tv's This tv has everything needed & more. love the quality of the beautiful picture. we had issues with sound not working, called Samsung a few times & got it straightened out... had to reset tv to origal to get tv sound back. ( we have it hooked to a Bose system, however tv sound should work :)

Love my new TV, and the wait was worth it! Fits beautifully in my family room and lays completely flat against the wall.

This Ultra HD/Smart TV/3D/Internet & Bluetooth TV was more than i expected. Awesome picture, however, i haven't seen anything broadcasted in 1080P yet. Doesn't seem anything is broadcasted in 1080P, only 1080i. Other than that, TV is excellent! Very easy to set up. Answer the questions on screen & it sets itself up for you.
