We love the TV. The picture is unbelievably sharp ad clear. Even though we've had it for several weeks now, I still find myself stopping as I walk by it because I'm so overwhelmed with the clarity of the picture. We should have upgraded a long time ago!!

Bought this on sale after reviewing the curve version and another brand. Since my viewing distance at home is 12 feet, the curve version did not have any better viewing angle or picture quality. If this is the 80+ inch version then yes, otherwise mounting a flat screen on the wall is better for me. We had the geek squad come out and install it. They did the whole thing in an hour. That included installing the mount, pulling the wires and mount the panel. They were great. The sound on this model is weak. Even when I connect the optical output to a surround system I have to turn the volume very high in order to have decent sound when watching cable. This could also be Comcast's problem.

Its a samsung product so of course its great. the picture is crystal clear and blu ray movies look amazing on it.

This is a great UHD set. Awesome clarity, color depth, and features. No regrets at all getting this model over the newer 2015 models.

This TV has great clarity and a beautiful picture. While watching games or even movies, you feel like you are a part of it.

The first one I received from Best buy was a green screen that had to take it back. Waited another week for them to deliver a new one. Anyway, the sounds sucks and is muffled sometimes that's why its a 4/5. I've called Samsung and they are worthless.

this tv out ranks other none ultra hd 4k televisions. great crisp almost 3d images. you can see every detail in the picture. i purchased the soundbar which also makes the sound as if you are in the movie theater. so many features, i am still figuring it out. a pit pricey but worth the money. will keep for a long time

Picture looks great with a 4k cable. Easy to use. Setup syncs all devices at once.

We bought this tv for our game room and we absolutely love it! The colors are great and the image is very vivid.

Was in the market for a large flatscreen TV for a large basement bar area. I was thinking of something larger than 65", but decided to go with quality overy quantity. I was skeptical of the 4K due to lack of available programming being produced in 4K. However, the picture quality of this TV on normal 1080p content is unbelievably good - especially for sports. Very glad we made this purchase.

This 4k is no joke at all.....got the best deal before Black Friday and well worth for my bedroom.....Thanks for the recommendation of this product.....

Easy setup and great picture. The smart TV is a great addition to our home.

I researched the market for a couple of weeks looking for the best price/performance deal. The Samsung 65" UHD8550 seemed like the answer. When your ad for $2.300 came out, we jumped on it. A friendly delivery/setup/disposal a few days later and we have been enjoying it for almost a month. It is everything we expected and there are some corners we haven't look in yet.

The HC9000 is WAY BETTER! Please spend the extra money and buy a better televsion then the HU8550. It has alright quality - although nothing like the flagship model.
