Easy setup and immediate great picture. Can't wait until broadcast is 4k

We love the clarity and "real" look of the new TV - it's like being the the same room as the people on screen.

Picture is awesome. Will be better when providers catch up to 4k quality. Easy switch from different venues.

We did a lot of research going into getting this tv and with Samsung contracting some of their panels out to other companies, going into the store and making sure the exact tv we got had a Samsung panel was crucial. If you're willing to give up some quality to risk purchasing it online for a cheaper price, do so at your own discretion, otherwise go into an actual store and see the exact tv you're buying! Now this is our best electronics purchase yet!!

This tv has a great picture and the best buy delivery guys were very helpful with basic setup instructions!

I am very pleased with this tv. The only issues I have with it are the wireless adapter and the audio (ARC). The wireless adapter keeps dropping out periodically and will not reconnect. Turning the tv off and back on, which resets the adapter, fixes the problem temporarily. I have tried changing router settings but it is obviously the tv adapter that has the issue. The sound cuts out for a few seconds every time anything on the same electrical circuit in my house gets turned on or off. This just started with this tv. It replaced a 55" Samsung smart tv. The only thing different about my setup is the tv.

The quality and vivid detail of this television is amazing! I am pleased beyond words with this purchase.

I truly enjoy watching programs on this set. It has many more features than I realized when I bought it.

Need more tech to unbury voices from background. Even with volume up, voices may be soft and background music, street sounds, harsh.

I would only recommend this tv at a steep discount. This model is riddled with flashlighting, bleeding, and other uniformity issues. And I found out that Samsung's warranty service is terrible to put it nicely. Every problem for them is "within spec" so don't expect an excellent panel. If I knew then what I know now I would have gone with another brand. Besides uniformity problems the tv looks nice... just make sure you're watching from a dead center position.

This TV is awesome. Best TV on the market by a long shot. Picture is great and apps work flawlessly.

Great 4KUHD TV. I've Samsung TVs and this one is by far the best! The picture is amazing!

We almost didn't purchase this tv after reading the reviews on the picture lagging. But after talking to Best Buy associate he told us he had this tv and he did not see any lagging so we decided to get it and we are happy we did. I havent figure out how to stretch the picture to show on the full screen w/o the black lines on top and bottom on some movies, it may not be possible to use the full screen but either way we love it.

Love the quality of the picture. It seems to be much clearer than other Samsung TC's that we own.
