Good TV. Haven't had any problems and it was easy to set up.

Great TV! Can't wait for broadcast to be ready for 4K.

My only complaint is that the first TV we got had a pixel line straight down the middle right out of the box. Not sure if it was defective or damaged, but we were able to exchange it with no problem and have had no problems with the second one.

My Led broke and I had to change for a newer model, so, I took the 4K and I am happy that my other TV broke, as I am really impressed by the quality of the image now. Just fantastic to see movies, sports and everything else.

This is a great TV, installation, setup, and network connectivity all very straight forward. Based on product reviews I was concerned that sports programs would be an issue, as it turns out I have no complaints so far.

My TV and Installation went fine. My problem is with the Price guarantee program. I paid $2999 for the TV and had a 10% discount coupon that was given to me when Geek Squad couldn't repair my TV. The TV's price went down to $2799 10 days after my purchase. When I asked for the price guarantee, the first time I was told it would go through and I would be receiving an email within 48 hours. When I didn't receive the email, I called again and they said that since I was charged $2699 for the TV with the discount, the new price was still greater than what I had paid. That's a ridiculous policy and I have discussed this with friends who agree. I told the Best Buy person that you have lost a customer over this and you have. I will not be going to Best Buy any more and will use the internet and other merchandisers instead.

Stop wasting money at the movie theater! This viewing experience is awesome.

There's no need to postpone the purchase of a fine UHD set like this because of scant 4K content. This set make normal HD content look beautiful and the Black Friday price was too good to pass up. I'm delighted.

Picture quality is great. Sound doesn't work when first turned on. On occasion, sound doesn't match picture so it's like watching a show that's been dubbed. Called Best Buy to complain the first week but no satisfaction yet.

Great perfect sized TV for my four year old son's room.

Although I thought the 120Hz refresh rate would be enough, no action scene would go without blur. What is the purpose of a UHDTV that gives you blurred picture? Imagine watching football on it... Returned it today. As always, great customer service at BestBuy. Replaced by a competitor TV with 240Hz rate and so far it is taking care of the job.

I enjoy the scaling up resolution because I currently have HD and not UHD.

We purchased this TV for an entertainment room and loved the fact that it had so many built in applications to watch various programming. The TV has good picture and sound, however an issue surfaced with the Netflix application (which works fine on my other TVs) not long after purchase. We watch a lot of Netflix in this household, so you can imagine our frustration. When selected, the Netflix application will either not respond or result in a black screen. We cannot even access regular programming again without first unplugging the TV for a couple of minutes to discharge it. It typically takes about 2-3 cycles of attempting to access Netflix and discharging the TV for Netflix to operate. After many months of this I called Samsung support for assistance. They have always been helpful in finding a temporary fix (dns server changes, smart hub resets, disabling sync advertisements, etc.), however the issue always resurfaces after only a few days. Recently I asked Samsung for a permanent solution. They believe there may be an issue with the TV's software, and suggested that I take the TV to an authorized repair shop at my own expense (unfortunately my initial call into Samsung support occurred a few months after the 1 year warranty had expired). It is disappointing that after spending about $2,500 on a TV that I have to incur an additional expense because of the poor quality of the software Samsung installed. You would think the company would cover the repair under goodwill rather than tarnish its brand. Bottom line, do not purchase this Samsung TV if you are interested in using all of it's "Smart" features (i.e. applications).

I was ready to purchase a new television when my sales associate pointed me to the open box item, saving me another few hundred dollars while getting an even better tv!!!

The clarity on this TV is unbelievable. Just love it. Adjustments from Ultra to natural are not an issue at all

Geek Squad was on time, knowledgable, neat, & great to work with explaining all of the features if the tv, remote, and blue ray disc player.

I thought at first that this tv would be too big for my space. After watching it for a couple of weeks, I can say it is perfect. One complaint, the hdmi control does not work with my new Yamaha receiver.

Love the tv, but had it replaced due to a bad board, and the new one keeps cutting out. VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH BEST BUY or the right person at Geek Squad; stayed on hold forever, only to have the call dropped. Not resolved yet.

I love this television but it is not as user friendly as I would have liked. I also wish that it come with a querty keyboard.
