The picture quality is incredibly good. There is some flicker and motion artifact only with TIVO but turning off the TV and restarting usually resolves it. TIVO says this is a recognized problem with 4K. I suspect that with increased adoption of 4K with newer TIVO units this will be resolved.

This is easy to write and just as easy for you to buy! Just about flawless! The picture quality is superb, the unit re-processes HD broadcasts and make the image cleaner. The only thing I've found that they could improve upon is Black images/backgrounds are too grainy. Hands down winner!

I love this TV, and Best Buy was great in meeting the price difference when it dropped after my purchase. I like the smart TV functions and the "mini" remote, which make operations much smoother with general watching. The picture is great, but there is some picture blur or degradation with really fast moving action such as sports. I took a chance of sorts buying the more expensive 4K rather than just sticking with the 1080 HD, and hope there is some more 4K content available soon. What little is available looks pretty sharp, although I'm not sure I can appreciate it that much over regular HD content. The 3D seemed kind of gimicky and not really much of factor in the purchase, but it comes along with all the 4Ks, so I was surprised by how much my family and I get a kick out of it. Avatar, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Live-Die-Repeat were a lot of fun in 3D on this TV.

After exhaustively researching the 'latest-and-greatest' 4KHD Smart TVs out there we had to have this Samsung 65" 8550FXZA TV. The open box one we bought, for the price, was too good to pass up. The Geek's at the store were very helpful. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.

The picture quality & features on this TV are great!! I also love the fact that this TV is big, but not too heavy. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I don't have many options to see it's full potential...no 4K channels. But I have seen a 4K video game on it & it looked GREAT!!

We purchased this TV after several years with an older model plasma TV. This is quite the upgrade! We're really enjoying the large screen and the 4K feature with 4K streams from Amazon & Netflix. The 3D feature is disappointing with a vibrating image and rather poor availability of content at this point. The remote also takes some getting used to and can be finicky at times.

Picture quality is excellent even with satellite. What I am most pleased with is the sound quality. I have older Samsung 55” LED and the sound in the new TV is so much better. Highly pleased with the TV overall.

Great TV with excellent features. Love the included smaller remote. Love the quality of the panel in the TV. Loved watching House of Cards in 4K on this TV. Some issues with tearing and artifacting when watching some content. It may be how I have the settings configured.

This is the easily the best picture quality of any TV I have ever had. While it is a 4K TV, there isn't any 4K content yet without getting movie on a hard drive and paying and paying big $$$. This Samsung upscales the content up, which is noticeably sharper then others that I looked at. There are plenty of smart features and internet hookup without having any external devices and upconverts any source inputted. I bought the TV for the picture quality not really for the 3D. Most of the smart features are just extras. Excellent color and sharpness.

Great Picture, easy to set up, and on screen prompts easy to follow

Needed a nice, new TV to last me for years into the future and this was it. It is worth every dollar. Perfect size, color and clarity for my den. Easy to maneuver through the options and like the fact that it has the Smart remote with only the most used buttons (volume. channel, smart hub, etc.). Plan to watch all sports/movies on this TV for many years to come!

Really satisfied with my purchase and installation. Worth every dollar paid. Was going to purchase a sharp t.v but for a few dollars more got me a samsung 4k. Really satisfied wity my soundbar as well. The installatiom was also great. satisfied with everything.

The Tv has great picture quality and lots of smart features. You can convert any show /movie into a 3D display. Excellent sound quality and great for games too!

I enjoy everything about this tv, especially the quality of the picture. I enjoy all the things it can do, playing music, playing 3d material and so on. Just a great buy.

My review summary should say it all! Great TV and picture, upgraded to the KES-3500 One Connect and the picture was improved, can't believe it got better! But it did. I can't wait for them to come calibrate this TV. I'll be in heaven for sure!

Great Tv, easy to manage, love the mousse, and super image

I've only had the Samsung UN65HU8550FXZA LED 4K Ultra HD TV for a few weeks, so I'll update again after I've had it for longer time. For now, all I can say is that the picture is stunning, sound is good for this type of TV, and setup was easy.
