Was not happy they didn't ask about a maintenance plan I go back to buy a computer and they asked me if I wanted one for it I asked why I wasn't asked about one for my TV I gave a lot of money for the TV I would have liked a service plan or something to help if something goes wrong very disappointed

Extremely sharp picture for the price...if you get a good deal. Newer models look a little better in terms of the physical unit itself. Have not compared the actual picture quality. Also - make sure to get a soundbar with subwoofer since the internal speakers do not match up to the picture quality.

Absolutely new experience in watching TV. You can surf the web, all cable box chanels at you fingertip.Unbeliveable picture quality. User friendly remote and interface. I am completely stisfied !!!!

Curved 4K 65" Samsung is excellent and extremely clear. Used mostly for regular TV and a some movies. I have not seen 4K TV to this point.My TV is hooked into a Yamaha receiver and sound is awesome.

great price for this size uhd. great appeal, looks great on stand and picture is outstanding. even though there ius no uhd content the picture is much improved over my other hd tv. worth the upgrade

This is my first Samsung and I am not disappointed in anyway. It's dream come true for those who love to experience playing their blu ray movies the way they were intended to play. Excellent product.

I really enjoy watching sporting events and movies on this TV . I'm not a big fan of 3D but wanted some extra depth within the picture … I have to say the curved TV definitely accomplished this.

This TV is HUGE! However, 4K content looks amazing and so does standard HD content. Just watched the bowl games on it and I can't say I was disappointed. Got a great deal on it Thanksgiving night.

bought 4k tv to be ready for the future programming now i hotta hope they do it. either way tv looks great and the curved aspect is the way to go. movies look better games make u feel in the game

Picture is stunning. Just make sure it is connected to high def cable (set top box) or blue ray player for ultimate viewing experience. Love it!

We brought this home and had it up and running in 10 minutes. The most difficult part was getting it from it's box to the stand. Excitedly waiting for regular stations to get viewing upgraded.

Out of the box is not impressive but after adjusting and now waiting on the calibration from best buy I think the capability is gonna awesome.

Most of us want more, and those who need more will find that there's is plenty with this new curve. The options are pretty cool, but you can also find them in other comparable tv's.

I had a great experience with the sales team and installers. I would like to hear my surround soud when i have the tv on and not only when the blue ray is on however not sure how to do that.

So far this tv has lived up to the hype of a curved TV. The picture and sound quality is much better than I thought it would be. I wish it would of come in a 70", as of now. No complaints.

frequently the picture goes off and comes back on after a few seconds. Not sure because of the lousy cable company i have or the TV. Doubt TV is the problem. The cursor remote that comes with TV is not very user friendly.

The curved Samsung TV gives exceptional viewing. The only comment I would make is if you are buying sound bar & camera make sure you buy Samsung brand. Not all other brands are compatible.

This tv has such a good picture and so easy to learn to enjoy all its features

This TV is awesome, if you're thinking about getting one, there's no question about it. The picture is amazing and since I bought the sound bar as well, the sound is amazing too!!!
