Amazing picture and stellar Samsung service. Watch Movies as if in theater. Must see to appreciate.

Only problem about our set up was best buy didn't sent the geek squad to set up at first, you sent us to a third party. That was a disaster and not what we purchased! But a call to your 1800 phone number , it was resolved. The young man was excellent...... love your geek squad

having trouble getting any info from from store,delivery people had very little knowledge of the TV they delivered,it toke me a further four hrs to get picture that i could watch.I talked to manager at the time and was not impressed with the answers i recieved.This by the way is the second time i have complained.

I would only buy LG open box items. Very basic TV to me. If I had to spend retail, I would go with a Samsung.

I give it 3 stars because the apps on the TV do not work all the time

I was checking out the 4K Ultra for a while now and to me Samsung has the most amazing picture out of the competitive out there. The voice recognition remote is even better and i enjoyed wathing Movie with family, it beats going to the movie theater.

I bought this TV based on the picture I saw in the showroom and it has not faltered.....However, watching the NFL on my Dish Network satellite seems to distort the image just a bit; but everything else in HD seems like live people in front of me...

Very Happy with the quality of the screen. Sales associate Gary was very helpful. We had geek squad install and set up and they were also very good.

I am very happy with this purchase. I purchased the geek squad install and calibration. This is the best picture I have ever had on a TV screen!

Love this TV. Picture is amazing. We put it in the corner of our living room so the curve works great for everyone to see a good view. Sound is good for being thin compared to our other flat screens.

Got this knowing that over the next few years 4K will be the normal. Didn't need to be into my next TV a few years & be left behind because I had bought a 1080p at the end of 2014.

Took a while to get used to the clarity of the picture. The lighting is brighter than the other older model tv's I've had. I have noticed a sort of "fuzzy" glow around high speed objects, which I think is because of the refresh rate. But other than that I would buy again.

Beautiful picture, color and sound. We like the curved feature because it seems to be easier on the eyes.

Even tho there isn't much in 4k, high defination is even better. Haven't had the tv calibrated yet, but the color is still good, so looking forward to seeing what it looks like after the calibration. But, it is a great tv

I was a SONY loyalist until introduced to the Samsung. The curved 65 smart tv should give any uhdtv enthusiast hours of enjoyment.

it is definetley one of the best tvs out on the market. My house is full of Samsung products and i have never been more satisfyed.

The curved shape makes it easy for everyone in the room to have a great view, not to mention the picture quality. AMAZING. . . For my sports, movies and video games.

This tv is beautiful!!! The picture is like looking at liquid and the colors are vibrant. My kids couldn't decide which movie would be the BEST one to watch first.

I find the speakers on this tv to be placed in an awkward place underneath the screen. You really need a sound bar when watching with this tv.
