    Nice TV...fail on the "smart" hub

    This is a fine looking tv. However, I've spent hours trying to get netflix to work via the app to no avail. In this day and age this stuff should work seamlessly out of the box. Look at sons products or apple products for an example. Strongly considering shipping this headache back or telling BestBuy they need to give me a roku box or something since this tv is hardly "smart". If you are looking for netflix access then pass on this tv.

    Worst TV in the market

    Slow processor, apps won't work, require resets, TV won't respond to the remote and is slow at responding, will restart on its own in the middle of a program. Already called Samsung support 3 times and now getting ready to return it to the store. The captions will turn on by itself every time you turn on the TV even after turning it off. STAY AWAY from this TV.
