We looked at and reviewed many 65" LED smart TV's before choosing a Samsung. The tech was informative and lead us through the set-up process as she was working. Very pleased with the decision.

I am very happy with my purchase. It is the focal point in my living room it's just beautiful.

Called Best Buy and Samsung regarding remote control for TV which does not work properly and still has not been resolved.

tv has a black line at top of screen, need to call geek squad and see if setting or bad tv

I own two Three year old 55 Inch Samsung's and a 3 year old 60 inch Samsung. When they had glass bevels, swivel stands, weighed a lot more and you could adjust the sound. They were much more expensive than this TV and they still perform as such. Having said that, for the size and price this was a good buy. I love Samsung's picture especially on the dynamic setting... I always have. It has one set of hook ups for older components, that made me very happy. I read the one star review and I'm watching tennis. I do not see the blurry action they wrote about in the one star review.

I purchased this TV and twice I've had to deal with fixing a red line that runs across the center of the TV. Not good.

Product was returned do to resolution problems. Top portion of the screen would go dark while bottom portion of the screen would be normal.

Purchased this to replace a 52" Sony. I am very pleased with the quality of the picture and sound. However, I did hookup a sound bar which is far superior to the TV speakers, and enhances the overall viewing experience. It was easy to set up and when I had a few technical questions, the Samsung phone support and Remote support were excellent resources! I am sold on Samsung products.

I did not believe that the panel lottery would be a big issue. I have read about it and I figured that all the panels had to be made to the same specs, whether Samsung made it or 3rd party company. Boy was I wrong. Issues that have been known w/ non-samsung panels are poor contrast, inaccurate colors, and poor viewing angles. There are more, but these are the main issues. My Samsung was a version "IH02" which is found on the back of the tv via sticker. This is made by the cheapest panel company Samsung uses. My tv had all of the issues that I mentioned above. It also had issues of figuring out what color the pixels should be when changing scenes, which caused a flash of white streaks in darker areas and colors constantly adjusting. Blacks where greenish tint. Not slightly, but like the Hulk. My viewing angle was about 7 degrees before colors washed even worse. If it does not start with a T, U, or W i.e. "TH01" then it is not a Samsung panel and could potentially have sub-par picture quality. I returned immediately. I give the version of this tv hanging in the store a 4 Star. Bad Play Samsung.

I had jumped the gun and gave this tv 3 stars due to watching a hockey game with a poor feed from the tv network, not due to the actual tv. I have since watched many hockey games and the refresh rate is very good with no motion blur that I can see. So out of fairness to Samsung and Best Buy I felt the right thing to due is revise my review. The website "RTINGS.com" is where I researched my purchase, I highly recommend this site to the public.

While I expected this TV to perform like my 55" I was very disappointed for any shows that have movement, especially sports. Motion causes a very blurry screen. I actuall saw motion yesterday on an object that was't even moving. It was a pattern on a chair and only part of the pattern moved while part remained still. I had to back up the video and show my wife. uggggh....

I think this is a great TV. But I didn't expect it was such a heavy TV. If you are looking for a flat screen TV or thin TV this is not the one. Make sure to read more before purchase it. Overall, I like it because of the price when it was Thanksgiving for $899.99 at 65".
