    Resolution Issues

    I purchased this TV as a gift for a friend, he went to pick the TV up when it was ready for pick up waited 1.5 hours before he was told the TV waa sitting in the hallway for 30 minutes at his pick up store. He gets the TV home and we set it up. Less than 3 weeks later the resolution on the TV has issues and I'm told he should bring it in and replace it. He brings it into the store and then he's told that model is no longer available anywhere not even online yet it's being advertised at Bestbuy.com. So now he is without a TV. The lack of customer service from Best Buy stores as well as Bestbuy.com is unbelievable and I am completely dissatisfied with the SAMSUNG 65" TV I purchased as well as the customer service from Best Buy.

    Caution Samsung purchase

    In Nov 2014, we purchased a 65" UN65H7150AFXZA. Last night 4/20/16 half of the screen went white. Googling has not been a lot of help. Calling Samsung was NO help! They referred me to a local "service rep" who is almost the worst rated business in our area. I think its safe to say we are done with Samsung. Buyer beware for service, warranty, etc.
