Great picture better than my previous Sony
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our old tv took approx 30 minutes for the picture to get clear and cost to repair was quoted to be in the $2,200 range. I knew I wanted a Samsung HD after my research which included friends who purchased one and actually watching the tv at retail stores. I knew the price range also so when I walked into a local Best Buy and was offered the exact set I wanted on an "open box" program, I bought it on the spot. My previous tv was a 54 inch screen so this 65" is a terrific improvement.

Excellent Picture

This television was to be mounted on the wall of my office, requiring electric and coax to be installed behind the set for a 'floating' look. The sales guy promised electrical and coax could be run by the Geek Squad installer. This turned out to not be true in the case of the electrical so the installation went very poorly at first. After discussion with the Geek Squad Manager, Best Buy made it right!
