The only reason I rated the TV four stars was because of the very awkward remote control. It's almost as though they forget to indent some of the control buttons that are frequently used. You have to feel for the tiny "pimple' - often brushing against other more pronounced buttons in the process, resulting in an untended action. I'll be the first to exchange this controller for a revised model if Samsung comes out with one.

great tv and beautiful colors, I like my old remote with light pointer better than this new one.

Excellent picture. But compared to the plasma it is slow to react when changing stations.

So far our new tv is great!! I love the Netflix and UTUBE capability! The picture is great!!!

So far T.V is excellent but the color brightness is a little Low even on the highest setting. It is clear on the dark movies which is always a plus but on the next OLED maybe work on Brightness of color.

I first bought the LG OLED tv. It was a beautiful tv, but extremely expensive. I returned it and bought this one. I couldn't be happier. The picture is just as good and it was half the price. Can't wait for 4K quality programming to come out so I can see this tv at its full potential.

Tv was easy to set up. Picture quality is excellent. Viewing is good from all angles.

This TV is everything I thought it would be and much more. I am very impressed with all aspects of the TV. I love that it comes with its own Switch and I didn't know that so I had actually ordered an HDMI switch before buying the TV. Great news is I can return the Switch I ordered.

Good quality picture. Voices are sometimes hard to hear when surround sound is on.

Excellent overall design and features with very usable built-in streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube, etc). The only minor hassle is the presence of an external module that takes HDMI input cables, but that's not really enough of a downside to take any stars off..

When I first saw tv, I compared it to other tv's and couldn't find another with a better picture for the money. I think it's worth the difference in money compared to lower priced tv's because of the picture quality.

Had to replace my 5 year old Samsung plasma tv due to the screen cracking from over heating. After spending 2 hours with a rep I found this tv to meet my sports/movie/gaming needs. This tv performs well and picture quality is excellent. Bright colors and many features.

The display of this TV is no less than amazing. It is so bright and clear it's like I've been watching TV through smeared glasses all these years. The additional cost to up grade over standard HD is well worth the price. The audio is surprisingly good considering the speakers sizes. I'm not a big fan of the stand design, but it is sleek looking. I gave it only 3 stars, due to the TV's audio not work right out of the box. What's up with Samsung Quality Control on their flag ship products?. A call to Samsung resulted in a warranty replacement of the main circuit board. The repair resulted in 2 week non-use during the Christmas Season while the whole family was on winter vacation. If you buy any TV of high cost, I highly recommend buying the extended service warranty as well.

Great decision, love Samsung-super glad I took the Best Buy salesman's suggestion to wall mount/hide wires-looks awesome on wall over entertainment center-much 'cleaner' with no wires-totally happy with TV, mounting and Geek Squad installation

Physically the tv is nice and thin and has good design however the picture is very subpar. It does have good color and detail while viewing still images but I think everything I watch on tv has motion, and it does not handle fast motion very well when watching sports or action movies. I have used many sources such as spectrum, online streaming, blue ray, and national broadcast channels. The menu hub is terrible. It is very laggy and is not very user friendly. Wanted to love the tv however I wish I could return it and would not recommend it and probably will never purchase another Samsung tv ever.
