Did research for a week and narrowed it down to this item, the Sony equivalent, and the LG OLED competitor. After comparing price and reviews for all 3 from multiple sites, this TV was the clear winner. And it does not disappoint. Beautiful picture and the smart TV functionality is so smoothly integrated that you get almost no delay when jumping b/t all your inputs and any of the streaming services available via smart TV. This was all pretty much expected from all the reviews i read, but the most surprising part is the sound quality. We wall mounted the TV and do not have a sound bar. Even with this config, the sounds (deep bass and sharp highs) are all very impressive. I would compare the sound to a mid-level sound bar system. Highly suggest this item.

This is my first 4k TV, and my 4th Samsung TV. The TV has an outstanding picture HD and Blu-ray look great. 4k sources look AMAZING! I was planning on getting great image quality from Samsung, what I didn't expect is how well the Smart TV features work! Streaming perfromance and image quality is superior using the native apps on the TV vs 3rd party boxes. This includes NetFlix and Amazon Video. The TV supports HDMI ARC to drive audio to your AV receiver and the HDMI controls automatically turn on the receiver. HDMI control also automatically switches the TV to the correct input when the Blu-ray player or PS4 are turned on. Couldn't be happier with my purchase! No comment on the speaker/audio quality as I never use them.

I previously owed a Vizio 65 inch LED 1080p. This picture is 100x better. Very user friendly with a voice activated remote. Best picture for the price. Only thing better is a OLED if you can afford it.

This TV is awesome. I've had a Samsung 55 inch for about six years. I moved it to my bedroom. And bought this new model in 65 inch for my family room. I read all the reviews prior to buying this TV. I even did a screenshot of some of the reviews that people had change the settings. I tried those settings exactly form some of the early reviews. It made it so much worse. I did a reset on all the settings and BAM... The picture is perfect!!! Trust me on this one. If you decide to mess with the settings by recommendations of others on this review list. Just remember you can hit the reset button and you'll be shocked at how perfect it is. I'm really not sure why people are putting those settings on here.

I read all the reviews and personally went to several stores to see the comparisons between all of the 65" tv's. The Samsung 9000 series really caught my eye. the crispness of the picture and the brilliant colors were amazing. The frame of the tv is so thin that it looks like it's being projected on the wall. The tv really looks great. The only other tv I considered was the LG OLED. It also had an amazing picture, and I truly didn't see a major difference in picture quality between the two. Plus the LG was about $1500 more than the SK 9000. The tv has all of the built in apps that you would need as well. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Incredibly clear viewing experiences. Love the thin/super sleek design and smart tv options. Still operating good as new since 2.5+ years years ownership now.

The super thin TV has a very life like picture. The voice remote is very easy to use and is just way cool. The Hub which everything plugs into is also innovative. I love my new TV.

This TV is so beautiful in every way. Of course the sound sucks because they want you to buy a sound bar, but that's the industry standard. This has so many amazing features I did not even expect. I have 3 other Samsung Smart TV's and none ARR to the level of the 9 series. It interacts with my cable box and shows programming suggestions! It also has quick launch selections for all of my streaming apps. The smart remote has some flaws, like it won't control my Vizio sound bar and when I am FF on my STB the buttons clear too fast and I am always over going the position I want, but that's why I use my Harmony remote as well.

Have had a Samsung flat screen for 10 years. Was time for another and we are staying with Samsung. Great Picture and Sound. Very slim and would fit any room style.

The TV has outstanding colours and picture. Remote is easy to use. Setup was less than 15 minutes if you have internet. You will not be unhappy with this purchase.

Great picture so far. Watched movies, sports, and other shows. All look good. Have noticed some blurring with action sports but might be an issue with programming.

I recently bought the 55" version of this television and returned it so I could get the 65". Let me tell you it is true what they say, bigger is better. The TV performs great, I have been testing it out with different formats such as gaming, movies, and streaming and it passes all my tests and I can be quite particular about things. Great price right now and the input lag in gaming is very low which is great, it makes everything look SUPREME, look no further buy this TV. =^.^=

I love this TV. The picture is beautiful. The 4k content is breathtaking. I could watch it all day. The remote works all of my devices. I would recommend this tv.

No complaints at all. This TV gets a great picture and was easy to set up. The 5.1 output through the optical works well with my Sonos surround system.

I was ready to step up to 4K , so I read every review about all the 4k tvs I could get my hands on. This was rated the best for the money I had to spend. I love it the picture is great, I went down from a 72 inch HDTV to this 65inch and I tell you I'm not missing a thing! I love my TV only small issue I have is sometimes when I turn it on it wont connect to the sound bar and I have to restart the TV to get it to connect, Aside from that this is the PERFECT TV

The Samsung 65 Class TV is visually impressive whether watching TV shows or playing the latest video games. Although you could also use a sound system with the TV, the sound quality of the TV is good enough without having to purchase an additional system. Also, the TV provides numerous options as a Smart TV. Finally, we were extremely satisfied with our sales person, Hummad, who did not push the sale of the TV and gave us a great list of pros and cons about the Samsung TV and other TVs that we were looking at in the store.

Purchased as an upgrade from my 5yr old plasma and have been very pleased with the better quality and performance. My cable provider is Directv which currently has 1 channel in 4K but looks awesome. Recently upgraded myA/V receiver to allow 4K content and pass thru and better hdmi cables to complete the setup. Still waiting for more 4K ultrahd players to be on the market so I can see the full potential of this tv.
