This replaced our 13 year old tube tv. Wow - what a difference! Great sound and picture. So glad I had the Geek Squad install and mount it on the wall. They were very professional and did not rush the job. I purchased an "open-box" and saved quite a bit too . Wish it came with an instruction manual for us older folks who aren't as tech savvy. It was necessary to purchase a composite to HDMI box in order to hook up my analog VCR. TV hook ups are HDMI only. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The photo I'm including doesn't do this amazing TV justice. We also have another nice Samsung TV (8500), but the difference between these two is incredible. This TV (Model: UN65KS9000FXZA) is so clear that you really do feel like you are in the middle of the action. HD on this TV is the best, the colors are so vivid. I highly recommend this Samsung 65".

I need to say it, WOW, since my last TV (Sony KDL-46HX850), I was looking for something that can achieve bright colors and dark scenes. This TV does, maybe you will need a soundbar to get the best experience, but so far so good. I use it pretty much for watching series in Netflix and play Xbox One games. No need to say that I'm most than satisfied :)

Excellent picture and sound. Lightweight, easy to mount on wall.

Paper thin, easy to setup and use. The picture is amazing, and getting it setup with my DirecTV was super easy, though it did require a call to DirecTV since it was a new device on the network. I hardwired mine in, which is required for DTV, so I'm not sure how the wireless would handle streaming from my Plex server (which the TV found instantly).

I went to Best Buy to purchase a new Roku and ended up getting this TV at a great price. This is an awesome TV Great 4K picture and it is huge I am really happy I made the purchase The TV I replaced was a 46 inch Samsung that was about 8 years old and never had a problem with it I have quite a few Samsung products and am very pleased with them

Ok so we were planning to get the curve we fell in love with that one unfortunately it was too pricey. Instead we chose this one the same specs as the curve only it is flat. I loved how when I first turned it on and had all the HDMI connected to this tv the universal remote is literally universal! It turns on everything you just need to adjust some specs with the tv to certain products that connect with it but still it always manages to not let me down. The resolution is beautiful I love how we can adjust into every setting for the screen and there's a manual setting on how to control or change specific settings you desire for this tv just go in the tv settings, it makes it easier instead of looking for the paper manual. Has basically all the apps you will ever need or use. There is only some issues such as the tv speakers aren't all too great and you have to get the latest blue ray because if you have an old one, the movie will play just the sound won't play along with it. Unless you get some other wires to manage it. So just ask the associate about this issue before buying it. The tv overall is great just make sure to buy a good sound bar to go along with it and you won't regret it.

Great blacks, beautiful picture. I was going to buy an OLED TV until I saw this. Great picture at almost 1/2 the cost.

The color on this TV is phenomenal. It is crystal clear and the colors are very vibrant. I went from a 55 inch to this TV at 65 inches. The size is almost identical due to the lack of borders on the TV. It was nice to get a bigger TV and not have to increase the overall size. The sound is OK but I do want to add a sound bar in the future.

Had great buying experience at my local BestBuy store, fantastic and personal customer service, deep understanding of the features and help with recommending TV that would match our budget and what technology TV has to offer. TV came on time, great and professional delivery. Install was a breeze, basically follow prompts and adjust few settings to calibrate colors, picture mode, etc. I did not give it 5 stars as this is a 2016 model and is somewhat thick at its lower part.

I'll start on the picture quality, and it's excellent. Even in a dark rooms the KS8000 is able to produce dark scenes richly detailed that blow a lot of LEDs out of the water. Colorful scenes like cartoons for an example, pop off the screen and this is due to the KS8000 being a Quantum Dot display which comes with a Wide Color Gamut.
