This TV produces a crystal clear picture and brilliant colors, even on network channels. It was more expensive than the comparable Sony, but I'm glad we spent the money. We have 10 TVs in our house and have had bad luck with Sonys. Our Samsungs are far more reliable.

I took a long time to decide on which 4K TV I would buy. After looking at LG OLED and Samsung Quantum Dot, curved versus flat, I ultimately decided on the Samsung 65" 9000 series 4K. The picture quality is fantastic and it does a great job of upscaling 1080p content. Streaming 4K from Netflix is awesome and easy. Overall just a great TV!!

This TV has a lot of picture options. Color is very nice.

Great TV set love the 65 inch Samsung and how clear the Picture comes through. It's the best purchase in a long time. The salesman so helpful and very knowledgeable. The Greek squad was nice and they was in and out short period after installing the tv. They answer the questions I had. Very happy with the whole experienced.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of this TV however I do have one negative comment, the rear access cover panel to conceal the wired connections is hard to secure to the unit and it kept popped off. Right now the cover is not attached to the unit and it is not noticeable since it is located at rear of TV unit..

Very nice picture. The HDR is pretty great. Cable providers need to improve 4K but plenty of streaming services available. BE AWARE this TV comes with one connect box. Can be a pain but one of the best TVs on the market. BUY THE GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY. Had the KS8000 and had issues. Samsung support is terrible.

You get what you pay for. Tv is amazing. Also, I want to tout the Coralville IA store Manager for all his help. The 1st tv was defective & the Manager (that sold me the tv) came right over & immediately went to the back & found the last remaining unit in the store. Best customer service experience I've ever had. Thanks!

Wife & I decided it was time to upgrade from our 11 y.o. 50 "plasma that was starting to show its age. I did extensive on-line research and we made 3 trips to BB before making our decision to buy the Samsung S9000. We also received excellent advice from the sales associate. We had the Geek Squad deliver and set up the system (wall mount, new sound bar, and Blu-ray player) -- excellent service. The system is easy to operate and the picture is nothing short of incredible. I was a little concerned that the HD cable signal (1080i) wouldn't be much better than our plasma, but it is. The physical size of the 65" is only slightly larger than our 50" plasma, and the wall mount is perfect. Bottom line -- we made the right choice on the Samsung KS-9000. A week later, just prior to the Super Bowl, this TV went on sale for $500 less than we paid. Called customer service and a week later a they issued a $500 credit to our BB credit card. Over the next few weeks, we also received $330 in "rewards certificates" that I used towards a Bluetooth headset and a new iPhone.

This a great TV. Picture quality is exceptional. Only draw back is it will only allow one paired device at a time. If you pair your Beats wireless, for hard of hearing individuals, the TV sound will not work nor will the Bose sound bar. Would recommend this TV if you do not need headphones of any type.

I was wary of getting another television. My last 60" was a Sharp and I was woefully disappointed, so I went into this one with an expectation of disappointment. To my surprise, it was fantastic. Gaming on the PS4, Directv, Youtube, everything is great! If you're thinking about buying this TV, do it.

I upgraded from one of the old Samsung 1080 dp flat screen tv. The difference between the two sets are day and night. Both sets are 65 inch but the new set has a smaller foot print because of the edge to edge screen. The new Samsung also has much better speakers, ext speakers are mot not really needed.

This TV looks beautiful, and the apps on it ( Netflix, YouTube, etc ) work flawlessly. I was also impressed with the customer service and price matching that was offered to me. I am routinely impressed with BEST BUY employees, and would recommend both their store, and this particular TV/Product

Love Samsung's connections with s7 and tablets. Smart remote is great though wish it light up

This TV has the best picture than any that I've seen/viewed. It has an enormous color spectrum along with the distintict black and white that only adds to the overall spectacular overall picture no matter the type of movie or program to be watched. I highly recommend to anyone including gamers.

It has a very easy set up. It is light and easy to move around. Great picture and sound.

Love this. The picture is so clear. The only drawback is not being able to connect headphones and use the volume at the same time. My wife liked to where headphones while working around the house while I was watching. Doesn't work like that anymore. But other than that it has been great!

I bought this TV primarily to use with my PS4. In game mode, the input lag is really low at 22.6ms. I had originally purchased a Sony 930D, but found it to be slow for gaming, turns out its input lag is 52.3ms. Best Buy was awesome about the exchange and I am much happier with the Samsung.
