I love the picture of my new smart TV. After having a projection screen for 16 years, I hope this TV lasts as long

I pondered over this TV or the Sony and after reading reviews and my own thoughts i purchased this Samsung glad i did

When we first got tv we had geek squad install. Everything was great for a week. Then out of nowhere the TV would switch to our dvd player. Then when we went to source it didn't show anything. Well geek squad came back and he just unplugged and plugged power cord in back of TV and so far so good. Not sure what happened but luckily everything is good now. Have a 46 inch samsung for 11 years now with no problems so why chg brand when so far the other TV is still a gem

The young man who helped me pick my new television and wall mounting appliance was very knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the features of the tv. The installation crew were first rate. Very careful of my home while installing and very thorough in explaining how to operate the TV

Have owned the unit since Oct. So far it has met every expectation. Yesterday, I finally fed it some 4K content...the picture is absolutey AMAZING. Watching content at this Resolution is stunningly vivid and dang near hypnotic. The sound is abit on the "thin" side and the unit is pricey. For these reasons I "shanked" it one star. If Sound is important, plan on getting a decent SoundBar. If not, then buy this unit and you will lack for NOTHING in TV entertainment:-)

I have now had this TV for a little under 2 years. It is working well still ! The only thing I could complain about is the web browser being a little slow and some apps like YouTube have some flaws. Besides those things the quality is great and easy to use!

This is a great TV. It has an excellent picture that you can adjust with a simple change of the settings. The voice control is pretty good but not great. It doesn't always understand what you are saying. I run the sound through my system so I can't really comment on the tv sound quality.

Need a TV with pictures quality that is above normal you got it . This Samsung 65 inches only one word wow !!

My husband loves it! Geek squad was horrible we've had the tv since beginning of feb and just realized all the plastic wasn't taken off wow! They were the rudest and unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with! I'll leave feed back in more depth after I get used to all the features

I just got this tv and for me I wanted great quality-no blur-and easy to use for me and my wife. So far everything looks really good except for football. It get really grainy and blurry. Sometimes you can't even see the football and it looks like everyone is running in water or something because there legs all look funny. Trying to see if any setting will fix this but it even happens when in sports mode. It would have had 5 start if it were not for this problem.

As it comes, the picture is very disappointing, which is a shame, as the initial impression was a downer. Once you learn how to navigate the set-up menu (hint; the settings you want to get to aren't initially displayed requiring you to space to the left of the menu to access full control over the various settings) you get the picture you paid for. The supplied hub for connecting all your peripherals should make it easy for anyone to set up their home theatre.

Overall I am happy with this purchase. I went with the KS800 for the higher refresh rate because most reviews said it would get rid of the vision blur for sporting events, however while watching March Madness, I still notice quite a bit of blur during the games, especially when you look at the players shoes. Wife loves the 65" screen, says it much easier for her to read text on the TV. Brightness is super bright and the smart tv controls are easy to use.

Fantastic customer service. Great sales people and the store manager took at least an hour to straighten out a problem caused by computer programing. (You could use some revamping of the programming). Your employees and return/customer service policy is why I keep coming back to BestBuy.

The clarity of the picture is fantastic for a 65" screen. I have a 55" Toshiba in another room that we usually view during the week. Now we migrate to our new purchase without hesitation. We added a Sonos sound bar as well and love it. Geek squad were correct in their recommendations.

Love this unit. Not the latest model (900 series) but the quality difference is small and the few $hundred in savings substantial. Resolution is exactly what was expected for 4k Samsung unit and built-in wifi a nice plus.

Amazing picture. Best tv I have ever owned. But, the customer service folks failed to mention there are not alot of channels that offer 4K picture. I am told eventually all tv channels will be 4K though. Best overall brand was samsung when we shopped around. Happy with our purchase.

Amazing picture. Nice smart app features and easy to navigate. I also really like the "one connect" idea Samsung has for cable management. You know you really want the OLED right? But let's face it, save $1500 bucks and get this one! When you see the ultra 4K on this you will love it!

We bought this TV on a Sunday, set it up we got home and we were ready to go. Set up was very easy. Everything worked fine until we turned it on again the next day. About an hour into watching it we lost the picture and just had audio. I tried turning it off, but instead it began cycling on and off in a continuous loop. I disconnected the power for an hour to see if that would do any good, but as soon as it was connected it would start cycling on/off again. I researched online and it turned out to be a problem with the power capacitor: a very common Samsung problem (they settled a class action suit for 7.5 million tv's a few years back). I asked the Best Buy Magnolia 'expert' about it and he said he had never heard of any problem with Samsung and was pretty smug about the whole thing. We decided not to buy another Samsung, and probably nothing else at this Best Buy either.

This tv has a great picture with perfect clarity. Having the Samsung name makes me feel secure in my purchase

Awesome picture with great sound. Remote has only a few controls and makes it difficult to change channels.
