It is a great 4K TV. My only frustration is so far I can't connect a bluetooth keyboard I recently bought for the TV. The troubleshooting documentation for adding keyboards is not helpful.

After the Geek squad delivered hung and hooked up the tv, they showed me how to use it. The picture is so clear and grand. Movie night in my house will never be the same it is wonderful.

This is a great smart tv. I would say it is a must have in your living room. At the beginning, I had a hard time setting up the colors and stuff, but besides that it is a good tv overall.

Love this TV. Picture is great, color is great and with the addition of a sound bar it makes the system perfect. I now love watching football games and can't wait to watch a NASCAR race.

My TV is amazing and since getting the original replaced it's been great. The only downfall was dealing with insane hold times and unhelpful customer service reps through calling Best Buy

Love this tv. It's very user-friendly, the remote works for the Xbox and pretty much everywhere in the room. The colors are great and the picture is beautiful. Especially on 4K discs.

Great SUHD TV. After researching several TV's, Samsung had the best of what I wanted. The picture is subperb! Top notch when it comes to "up scaling". I am very pleased with the quality.

So far I feel this TV has been a great purchase. I cannot give it the full 5 stars as I feel the promo price I paid was still a little high but I thought I was getting a high quality product. It has a great picture but some pixelation depending on if you're watching TV via cable or streaming through ROKU or Xbox.

I love all of the features on this TV. I also like the clear picture and the dimming feature with this tv. There is no glare on the tv from lights. This is an excellent TV for the money.

My BF researched a lot of tvs before we finally got a new one. For us, this was up against the LG Oled tv, but for the price difference this tv is just as good for gaming and movies/tv.

If you like watching tv you need to get this! At first, I was reluctant to get a tv without 3D technology. But with this you don't need 3D cause quantum viewing experience is incredible.

I like the TV, but you have to subscribe and pay extra service (netflix and others) to have 4K quality vision and get the best of this TV, which is the reason to pay this much for this TV.

TV has preformed right to expectations, which were super high based on other reviews here and other places, including CR. TV picture wows even my wife, who cares little for these things.

This is an incredible set with great imaging and I recommend it. The remote however, is a piece of junk. For this much money Samsung should be able to provide a user friendly remote.

Had the Geek guys install and what a great job! After was just amazed watching. You will be surprised how much detail you now can see.

My husband loves his tv. The only negative thing about this tv is the remote. Other than that the tv is wonderful! Will be purchasing another larger Samsung.

I read reviews but the Best Buy manager recommended it among the ones I considered. It has been a delight to watch with beautiful colors that make programs come alive. No regrets!

Did my research with a Consumer Reports, got a great price. Asked about Open Box, saved some dollars! Geek Squad were excellent! Fourth TV purchase at Best Buy, never disappointed!

I am very pleased with the overall aesthetics of this TV. I haven't adjusted all the pictures settings yet but out of the box it looked dark until I switched it to dynamic or natural mode. The remote sure is a cute as well as functional, I haven't tried the voice activated feature's yet but look forward to it
