Had this tv mounted and installed by Geek squad. Everything went smoothly. Later was looking at the tv from the side and the back panel was popping out. Plus the LED screen is not flush with the corners. Cmon Samsung! This is is not the quality I have come to expect from a Korean company. So Geek squad came 2 weeks later and brought a replacement. This tv had the same problem on the opposite side. So back in the box it goes and Geek squad is bringing a 3rd tv this Saturday. I think they will check it before bringing it. Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm! But Samsung really needs to work on quality control. If this doesn't work I might have to go with a different manufacturer.

Great image quality! the initial TV needed to be replaced because of a bad pixel. Regardless that, the TV is a great piece of hardware

We got it on Black Friday and by far the best selection made! Always have gone with Samsung tv's and have never had a single problem.

The sound isn't to good, I have to turn it to what I consider to hi, for instance my 55" 6000 series I'd have the volume on 7 or 8 & when on 8 it would be pretty loud. This 65" 8000 series I have to turn the volume up to 14 or more. Next is the sleep timer, again I'm comparing the 55" & 65" I have set a sleep timer every night on the 65" on the 55" you set it & forget it. Last up is the remote only for the 65" I am suppose to only need one remote for everything that is hooked up to the connect. It does not turn the cable box on or off. It does turn my PS4 on & off & my Samsung sound bar. Also the remote at times doesn't recognize the commands when you speak to it.

This TV is Amazing. The picture quality is second to none, and with the sound bar for movies, it is ntruly a home theater experience.

This TV image is awesome. The controller eliminated the need for my old universal control. It controls my receiver and AppleTV. My only complaint was that I could not get the CWTV app to watch the Flash. That's why I did not give it 5 stars.

Not only are we please with the picture but even purchasing the TV was a pleasure. Our salesman was knowledgable, honest and very helpful.

Other "120 hz" TVs are often just 60hz panels with a feature that tries to up-convert the image. This is a truly upgraded panel. Sold.

The TV picture in this price point is really hard to beat. The one connect cable and box design is where my problem was. TV one day just starting asking to connect the one connect that was already connected. Samsung sent me a replacement cable and one connect box. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed. I spoke to the Geek Squad and they told me the entire main board would have to be replaced. On a 6 week old tv....... unacceptable. Best Buy was good enough to take the TV back after the return period and I went with a Sony 940D for 3x the price..lol

This tv is beautiful! The quality is outstanding. I looked for 2 months at many televisions. This truly matched the reviews. Love it.

We bought the Sony equivalent to this first but took it back after 30 days because the picture was nowhere near as good as this Samsung.

I love it! The 4K is amazing. The size is great. It works great with my Bluetooth speaker. Has a lot of options for picture and sound.

It took several days to "burn in" but after that the picture was amazing. I still haven't calibrated it yet so it will get even better.

Love the TV everything about it is great money spent well. Now I'm thinking about getting the Curve because I like the model so much

I looked extensively at every 4K capable tv in the 65-70 range and finally pulled the trigger on this one. I am extremely happy with every aspect but feel the remote could use help. It's great for most commands but entering any text is a pain.

I was looking for a new TV & was impressed by Samsung TV, so when the price was right I purchased this one. I am very happy with it.
