Also, when playing from a recording with a DVR, some sitcoms and shows are jerky and jumpy. Tech says Cable companies have not caught up with the TV's technologies but will eventually. We have changed from custom settings to different tv settings and have just settled with the picture we are getting. Sports channels seem to be good quality. You don't get manuals anymore so hope you know your electronics. .
