First one I bought was damaged so we had to return it to the store. The new set had a nice picture but after 3 weeks, the ARC HDMI failed. It won't see the Directv box anymore. We had to by-pass the ARC HDMI and use another HDMI port. This effects picture quality. Not happy at all.
