I did have a bad experience getting 2 defective ones before finally obtaining a perfect one. The manager did take care of me for the inconvenience though. The only negative part of the tv is the cloudy effect. I read its a common dislike by other customers too. The wifi, smart remote, and everything else works great!

So not only was the cables I purchased unnecessary, the salesman neglected to inform me that cable TV doesn't provide 4k content and very little content is available otherwise. So then, buying the best possible 4k tv was a waist.
