The instructions are not very clear. If there is a specific way to hook it up, it does not tell you. The remote has become useless because it tries to operate everything except the tv. If I knew this, I would not have bought it.

Have had geek squad out 3 times in 3 weeks. TV keeps losing Internet hookup and dumps the icons. Geek Squad has been less than helpful. They told me I should exchange it for a different brand because Samsung has interface problems.
