After a couple of days of that it would not turn on at all. Three or four calls to support were unsuccessful so TV was returned. Second one has been working fine.

The only thing I would recomend is, make sure the Tv has been updated and you have top of the line internet. When we bought the product we were not told about the internet part... So we have a rokoo hooked up to our big smart tv because the "smart" part doesn't work.

My only complaint has to do with it pushing too much red in relation to the other colors. I would buy it again however.

Good TV But.....

The problem that I am having with this TV is that the sound cuts off randomly at different times. After calling 3 times to tech support and they troubleshooting it they don't seem to be able to find nothing wrong with the TV. Samsung is giving me a hard time in sending a technician over to check the TV and refuses to fix the problem. I think this is a defective TV. I have other Samsung products and had no problems. With this TV, not so great and from my experience seems that Samsung is no longer the good brand that used to be. As of now will not be buying no more Samsung products and also I have wasted my money in purchasing a TV that does not works at it should be. Beware of Samsung.
