    We recently upgraded our VIZIO 42-Inch 1080p LED Smart TV to Samsung - 65 Class (64.5 Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - with High Dynamic Range - Silver :) Yay! Such a gorgeous TV with the clear picture.I can watch the TV for the whole day. The colors are so vibrant and outstanding. There is no bleeding of any colors.The apps are so good. I did try YouTube,netflix, Amazon Prime Video, the Web Browser. We even connected our googlecast with it. All the apps are streaming very fast.The remote is compact and elegant.I like the remote especially because it has only few buttons. I have used 4k for few times but noticed the 4k videos are amazing. The audio of this TV is good and it comes with 2 speakers and 2 woofers. we have a definitive soundbar connected with it which makes it excellent.Initially we made the setup with its own stand but we mounted the TV on the wall now which makes it even better. Overall it is an outstanding smart TV. Asusual we bought this product also from bestbuy :)

    I was replacing my old samsung which was over 8 years old and going strong still. Tv was super bright and I really liked it!!! until.... I noticed the back panel was separating!!! Brought it back the next day and tried to get another but they were not in stock. Checked the floor models and all of them showed some degree of separation. Common problem if you search online. Probably doesnt effect the unit but at almost 2k I dont think it should be coming apart day one! And who knows what will happen months later when dust gets in behind the screen! I could see the inside of the television! Samsung dropped the ball on this one. I wanted so bad to have this tv but couldnt see past that!

    on our new samsung t.v. we get a better on regular hd than we get on 4k programming. i have talked to the assistant manager at the store where we bought the tv and he is supposed to get the geek squad to come back for a do over.

    Lots of problem internet connection , it is not the money I paid for it , when is other brands that will offer you almost the same .

    This TV has an excellent image but is hindered by a large number of technical issues. ARC is poorly implemented, the TV forgets about attached devices, frequent factory resets are necessary, and audio output from the poorly designed One Connect Box is limited to 5.1

    Do not under any circumstances purchase a television at the Hartsdale, NY location. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Only thing that saved the situation was the Geek Squad team based out of Norwalk, CT.

    Great tv but has firmware issues and my 1st t.v. died in 5 months and was fixed fast and I left the firmware stock 1167 as I'm told by everyone that has this tv and since then I have no issues.

    Overall it's a decent tv with a good display and a nice design. It's smart features are clunky, limited and lacking updates/support. Not many choices outside Netflix or hulu; no twitch, crunchyroll etc...

    This tv uses a separate box for all connections. There is no hdmi, or any other, connections on the tv. It is not a good system. Other than that, it is amazing.

    I am mostly happy with the new tv but it does seem to have a problem remembering some of the settings and the sound bar that is connected to it. It doesn’t happen all the time but enough to be annoying.
