The tv has a great picture. The upscale is good. Games look good on it. And if your a cord cutter and use an antenna there's a TV Guide built-in so you know what's on.

Absolutely love the picture in true 4k. It is nice to have a smart remote the basically programs all other devices by itself. The new smart screen is also nice. Love that when you turn on another source imput on the tv it automatically changes to that imput.

We originally had a Samsung HD tv that had a horrible picture and sound. We were able to return it and purchased this tv instead. Well worth every penny!!! The picture quality on this tv is the best I've ever seen. Very happy with our purchase!

We purchased the Samsung 65" 4K flat TV. The color is amazing and the picture is fantastic. It looks like all of the action is happening right in front of you. This TV offers so much more as it is also internet ready. Price was very good.

We bought this around Labor Day of this year and it is fantastic. Some movies almost look like they are 3D. Even some old movies that we have watched have an amazing picture. Watching NFL Football is what really makes this TV standout.

Purchased this TV and had to return it 2 days later due to excessive led lighting shining up from the bottom right corner. During letter box content it was horrible and very distracting. Also this TV is notorious for back panel separating due to double sided tape losing grip due to heat cycles. I have been a fan of Samsung sets for years and still have 2 I use daily, but while this set does have a nice picture as most Samsungs do, it seems this 8 series quality leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not spending almost 2 grand for a set that falls apart even if the picture is good minus the issue mine had. I will say that Best Buy's customer service is second to none. They looked at the issue and said it made it from the factory with this defect. I exchanged it for the Sony XBR65X930D. Sonys fit and finish far exceeds Samsung and the picture is more natural.

This TV is so sleek and functions so nicely.... its a beauty to look at. I love the remote and most importantly the quality of the screen. The 4K display is stunning and colors are vivid and beautiful. I highly recommend this TV.

I have had this TV since 2016 and now in 2022 the colors/light does not hold, in doing so you have to adjust the brightness, but over all until 2022 TV was great for movies and sports....but now will be looking into a new model

I bought the 65" and it's a perfect size. The clarity on this television is absolutely amazing for regular TV that's broadcasted in HD or even non HD. This TV does not disappoint and is great in every way! Top of the line

Here's a professional review after every type of viewing you could view for all Daytime, night, blacks, whites, banding, light bleed, angle view, motion etc I sometimes dislike my eye. The deal killer is. LIGHT BLEED and screen uniformity, man It sucks for the ks8000. This is my second 2016 4k tv. my first was the sony 65 750d. I like to start from the bottom and work my way up. Sonys motion is way better so far just the contrast and over overall picture quality is bad. . I plan on returning this samsung for the Sony 65 930d and so on. I think it's safe to say you have to get an oled or fully array back light led high end tv. Normal eye tv watchers won't care about this review anything looks good to you. You think paying $ 1200 on up you'll get quality tvs. Wrong. On another note once your eye gets use to watching the ks8000 the picture is rich, refined and crispy good looking

Picture is excellent especially when viewing HDR content via Netflix or Amazon using built in app. Remember to upgrade your Netflix plan to get access to higher quality content. Sound is still pretty sorry but to be expected on such a physically thin set. Sound bar should fix that issue. Overall pleased with purchase.

This was my first 4k tv and I'm completely satisfied with the purchase. I considered the sony and lg oled but settled on this. Excellent value for the money.

Great tv. The remote is fragile and you will replace it and pair it to the tv many times. Would rate 5 stars if not for the issues with the remote.

Worked for 6 years and died. The controller was of amazing quality, it was dropped a couple of times, but continued to work

Owners of plasma tvs will never give this tv five starts. If the major networks were broadcasting in 4K I would have purchased the LG OLED. But for $1450 this is a very good tv.

This was a great TV. I've since upgraded but it served me well.

I bought this TV two days ago and immediately noticed severe bleeding light in dark scenes. It makes it look like there is a dark streak on the middle of the screen going from top to bottom. At first I thought, no big deal I will take it to Best Buy and exchange it for a different model since it is only 2 days old. I went to the store first before I brought it in to make sure this was the correct process. I was told by the person at the service desk that they likely would not exchange the TV and accused me of damaging the TV. Really?!?! I like a 5 blocks from Best Buy and drove the TV home in the back of a Toyota Highlander where it fit perfectly and was loaded by a Best Buy employee. I can 100% guarantee that the TV was not damaged while in my possession. I've decided I will return the TV for a full refund and purchase it somewhere else. Best Buy clearly does not want my business since they won't even look at the TV before accusing me of damaging it.

Just what I needed for my new home! The 4k quality is very impressive. Overall a good purchase.
