I absolutely love this tv the picture is clear and colors vibrant. Setup couldn't have been easier simply plug in your components power on the tv and your all done. 4k content looks amazing on this tv

This TV has it all, Great Picture especially when i watch UHD content, the Remote is very easy to use, You can find some good Apps, The operating system can be improved though (to be faster & smarter).

Bought this in 2016 black friday. Picture quality is great. The remote does a magic as it can control all other connected devices ( sound bar, blue ray player). Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

This Samsung tv is a wonderful addition to my viewing pleasure. The picture is crystal clear and it's very easy to use. The speAkers are a little weak so I got a soundbar. The whole experience is awesome.

After many store visits to multiple stores and reading numerous reviews. I decided to purchase this Samsung UN65KS8000FXZA model. My main decision centered around a 70" or 65" 4K TV that wouldn't break my budget. After looking at many different models in the 70" size, I found my choices were limited since this doesn't seem to be a popular size. I wanted a 70" because many of the purchaser reviews stated they wished they had bought a larger size. Nonetheless, I decided to settle on a 65" which is a big improvement on my current 47" Mitsubishi flat screen. After getting it mounted and plugged in, wow, what a difference. Not that my 47" Mitsubishi, although 10 years old, was not a bad TV. My new 65" 4K Samsung provided a much improved, crisp and vibrant picture. Flat screens have drastically improved ove the last 10 years and I haven't yet seen this TV's full 4K capabilities. Yes, it does upscale but I haven't hooked up a 4K DVD player yet. Blu-rays look incredible however. After reading many reviews, I decided this TV would suit and exceed my needs. Many comments were made about the remote not having enough buttons. I am of the opposite opinion however. I like that the provided remote is sleek, streamlined and easy to use. Although I don't use the voice command features much, I like this feature. The only complaint I have about the remote is that it is small and easy to get lost between the furniture cushions. The smart features on this TV are awesome and easy to use. The internal speakers performed better than I expected and provide decent quality sound. I did, however, add a sound bar which is an improvement over the TV's internal speakers. I also very much liked the Smart Hub. On my 47" Mitsubishi, all of the connections were on the back of the TV which made it difficult to change audio and video connections. The Smart Hub removes this problem by providing a one-cable connection to the back of the TV and all other audio and video connections are made from the Smart Hub - Nice Feature. If you are looking for a quality Smart TV that provides a beautiful picture, that won't break the bank, this is the TV for you. My one recommendation is that you wait for it to go on sale. I purchased this TV on sale for $1,599.99. A couple weeks later, this same TV was on sale for $1,499.99. Best Buy did, however, honor their price guarantee and refunded the $100 difference which proved to be a nice bonus.

I did a lot of research on this tv. A few friends already had it and told me how awesome it was. Once I saw the picture myself, I was convinced. Easy setup out of the box. I would definitely recommend.

Well to make a long story short, this tv is incredible probably one of the best TVs for 2016 besides oled, beautiful picture very thin and easy to use.

Beautiful picture. Nice smart features, including Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime integration. Great looking set. TV was smart enough to pick up my Comcast and Apple TV boxes and label the inputs appropriately during setup. It did not automatically set up my Panasonic Blu-Ray player. Unfortunately, each time I want to use the Blu-Ray player, it comes up and says that there is an unknown device that needs to be set up. The message goes away after a few seconds and I can still watch discs, but it's annoying none-the-least. Maybe a software update will fix this. I don't use the Samsung remote, as I have a programmable Logitech Harmony remote that pretty much controls everything I need it to.

After tons of research I landed on this TV. While it was the first time spending over $1k for a TV, let alone something closer to $2k, I was definitely looking to be wow'd. The first time we got it home, we didn't have much luck. The first unit was defective and had flash-lighting, which while watching hockey games made it look like a big white WIFI logo was shining from the bottom left hand side of the screen. A quick return to BB and a no-hassle replacement later, we had our brand new TV boxed up and heading home with us. The second time around this TV has been fantastic. Absolutely beautiful, and friends and family have all commented how nice the screen looks. 10/10 would purchase again.

Great tv- a bit of a pain to try to mount over the fireplace (not much to hold onto) blacks are clean, only issue I have is with sports and the blur. I've tried more expensive cables to no avail.

Mounted my Samsung to the wall no problem!! Fantastic picture and loved the easy connect one cord system!! Hooked all my things up ! Recommend a sound bar for better sound when mounted on wall .

Purchased the TV on Black Friday after reading many reviews. Originally was going to purchase the Sony 850D but was swayed by Rtings.com's review of this TV. 1080p content looks great. Haven't had much 4K content viewing yet on the TV but I have high hopes for a great picture. I had to return the first TV received as it leaned 2 inches backward when on the stand. Tried both the outer and middle stand positions and neither looked correct. I also think the panel was a little warped too. Best Buy was great with the return and delivery of the new set. The new TV stands much straighter but still has a slight lean backward. Connections were easy to setup and so far everything is working great.

Waited for a while before I took the plunge into 4k. I game on PC as well as console ( Xbox one s) and this TV fits the bill perfectly. Movies look great in 4k,it's not OLED but this comes awfully close, all inputs are HDMI 2.0 so no issues there as well. If you have multiple sources you can't go wrong with this TV. Keep in mind that your picture will only look as good as the source, I experienced this with my cable TV some channels look great others not so good,if it's not a good signal no TV can fix that totally. Otherwise this TV is a good investment. Had no issues with it at all. Bottom line is this TV does it all very well, it's worth the price hands down. (This TV is the 2016 model)

this model is a good unit especially for gaming. installing was an easy plug and play. love the remote simplicity. also the device connection extender made the wall mount installing wonderful.

The picture, sound, and overall quality of this is amazing. Spending the extra money to get this instead of a lesser model is completely worth it. We use the Samsung 3.1 soundbar and PlayStation Pro with it and the results are movie theater quality watching experience. You should buy this. And don't forget to get Geek Squad protection simply because Geek Squad is the best protection plan you can get for electronics. If you will excuse me, I'll be watching theater quality Suicide Squad from the comfort of my living room in my pajamas. *popcorn emoji*

I had a Samsung TV but upgraded to the 4K 65" TV. The color and contrast are awesome. I love the brightness of the Samsung TV. It was easy to set up. I would recommend this TV without hesitation.

Picture is awesome. I originally bought the Sony 850D after much research and when I got it home and plugged in the picture was bad. I went into the settings and got it looking good but then changed the channel and had to go into settings and fix again. Basically every channel and source such as DVD and blu ray needed resetting. It was time consuming and a pain. I returned the Sony and got the Samsung and plugged it in and it was great. I don't have to change anything and no matter what the source, blu ray Netflix anything they all look great without having to change any settings. I have other Samsung tv's this is my third and I have never had a problem with any of them.

Easy quick setup. Worked well right out of the box. I haven't seen any 4K UHD material on it yet but the 1080i cable feed provides clear sharp pictures with excellent (in my opinion) color and contrast. The sound is adequate with plenty of volume in an 18 x 14 room with cathedral ceilings. My only complaint so far is the manual. Its all electronic, accessed through the TV menu but if your having problems with the TV, you may not be able to access the manual to figure it out! The stand is very modern, 2 stylish chrome legs raising the unit about 4 inches off the mantle of our fireplace. The bezel around the set is very thin and not distracting from the screen. So far, we're very pleased.

After a lot of research on TV's at multiple website I decided to buy this SAMSUNG. I had a terrific plasma TV that started to act up after 13 years so I need to replace it. Having a PLASMA that was so fantastic I sure didn't want to be disappointed in a purchase of a new TV. I am so pleased with the Model: UN65KS8500FXZA going from 50" to 65 was so nice. The images are just as great as my plasma and the colors surpass the plasma. So pleased with the purchase, as others have said the only downside is the sound from the TV. I did end up buying a VISIO sound bar. Wish the TV volume could control it and not need a another remote just for sound. You will love this purchase.
