Not only does this picture have eye piercing clarity, It was user friendly and easy to install right out of the box! It was a great buy for sure!

This in my opinion is a great tv for someone who wants to get into 4K tvs. It has a great picture very clear and it is well worth it for the price.

We've been looking at the 4K televisions for awhile and after a lot of review reading and research went with the Samsung. We've only had it for one month but we are very happy with the purchase. It's been a few years since our last purchase and the difference between this and our Sony is amazing. Even our 5 year old said "Wow" when he saw his favorite shows on it. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a good price and a great picture.

I used to have a smaller tv in an cabinet with book ends and it was finally time to upgrade - tv fits perfectly in the living room and really opens it up. Really fills the room has great viewing angles. Bought a curved for bedroom this is great if you have forward and side seating vs the curve for a direct on view. Picture quality is great - need more 4k content. Tag team this with soundbar and 4k blu ray player for great movie nights. Check web for best viewing preferences or toy around w/ the settings to your desired viewing for tv/movies/games.

Great picture. Easy set up. Good sound. Just make sure your HDMI cable is 4K compatible. Does not need to be expensive just the latest specs.

Great Value! Very impressed with the great picture and ease of use. I have a complete Home Theatre setup. This intergrated perfectly into it.

I spent quite a bit of time researching which TV would best fit my home use and this Samsung has far exceeded my expectations! It was initially between an LG, Sony, and Samsung. It was pretty easy to weed out the LG as the quality just wasn't equal to the latter two. (The OLED is a different story, but sadly out of my price range.) My initial evaluation of the Sony and Samsung TV's had me leaning towards the Sony strictly because it is said to show sports at a slightly higher quality than the Samsung. However, the colors of the Samsung definitely "pop" much more as the Sony was a naturally darker picture. I have zero complaints about watching sports on the Samsung and later was told the difference between the two (Sony v Samsung) is so minor it's tough to tell. I cannot speak on that seeing as I don't have a Sony TV, but I believe it from what I've seen. This is my first SMART TV and I love that aspect of it. From the SMART remote, to the voice commands, it has changed my viewing experience. Highly recommend this product. But again, do the research and pick something according to your viewing needs.

We had a bit of a scare when it auto-adjusted, but we turned that off and found an amazing picture. Easy set up. It looks beautiful on our wall.

My first 4k TV and I'm very happy. The picture quality is superb and lives up to Samsung standard. I originally wanted the 9 series but compared to the 8 you still get all the great features of the 9 series and I don't even notice any difference in picture quality. Perfect TV for well lighted areas such as living rooms with big or a lot of windows. I could get real technical but I won't because I think the customers that read these reviews just want to make sure they are making a good choice. And I'm here to tell you, you are.

I had to return my first set to Best Buy. The ports on the back were not line up with the panel so no connections could be made. My second TV shows a few pixels out. This is only noticeable if I'm literally 2' or closer to the set. I know there is an acceptable standard for pixels to be out, but this bothered me initially. I have since forgotten about it and accepted the fact. The picture is great after some tweaking. Out of the box the picture looks unnatural until better picture settings are made. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, but it wasn't perfect. The smart TV stuff is great. It works simple and without a lot of setting up. I run PLEX on the TV and it plays my movies flawlessly.

I have always purchased Sony televisions. Did a lot of research online and drove to many stores to see which looked the best. I read many reviews like this one you might be looking at now just so much information and people opinions and info. It drove me nuts. I'll save you the time and trouble! This time Samsung won me over! Couldn't be happier with it. If you are the fence about which tv to purchase I would highly recommend this one you won't be sorry you did. And the best deal was at Best Buy right around super bowl time! Lol

Contrast and brightness are excellent. TV handles motion well with "Auto Motion Plus" off. It will blur if it is turned on. I have noticed minor judder on a few scenes but nothing major. Picture looses contrast off angle but that is common with this type of panel. The panel does have some clouding. Overall the picture is really good. It's not OLED but it is close. Smart Hub is slick. The apps run smooth and are layed out well. I did have an issue with Netflix where it would not load any movie or shows. I had to reset Smart Hub to get it working again. The tv menu is intuitive. For around $2k you can't really go wrong.

I researched many 4K TVs before buying this one. I think the picture is very nice and the blacks are very close to my plasma that I replaced.

Overall I am very pleased with this tv, especially the picture quality. However, some features are frustrating and inconsistent. First, HDMI-CEC is flaky on this tv. Sometimes it seems to work ok, but frequently the remote fails to control devices or it randomly turns things on. Second, I have a receiver hooked up to the ARC HDMI port but for some reason the tv can't output its own menu sounds to the receiver. It just makes an annoying popping sound. Finally, the dearth of input options is a little frustrating for a high end 2016 tv. You only get hdmi inputs and only 4. Would it really be that hard to have a single analog input? I'm still happy with the set for the price I paid, but I don't plan to keep it more than a couple years. Great for a first time 4K HDR set but probably will be woefully outdated in a couple of years.

Picture is beyond words. I love it. Pretty much set itself up all by itself. Remote is delightful to use, especially with voice commands.

I really love the tv. The picture and colors are so vibrant. It's easy to use. I do wish the remote buttons would light up when pressed.

I had originally purchase a sony slim tv but returned and exchanged for this tv due to sony tv being (flimsy and light bleeding. The picture quality of this tv is amazing and movies look really good. My complain about this tv is if you use the stands the bottom silver trim molding can start coming loose also the netflix app stopped working so I will have to call samsung to see how to fix the problem (have read is a common problem with Samsung TV) overall I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend as long as you hang it on your wall instead of using the stands.
