Very happy with tv great picture easy to use. The only complaint I would have is the remote is small

I have had my tv since early January. It was amazing then and amazing now. At first the size just seemed huge but not anymore. I have large living room 18 x 22 and it is perfect. Best when viewed straight on. Lived watching football on it and also the Kentucky derby, Preakness and the Belmont. Wow. Don't use the smart tv portion a lot but it works well too. Bought a great swivel stand for the tv also. Hate the style of legs it comes with.

In early November Best Buy had a promo for a Sony 65" X850D for $300 off, one day only, and I went to the store and checked out the picture and thought it looked great so went ahead and bought it. But when I got it home the picture was terrible half the time, it had really bad backlight bleeds, it had freezing issues and would randomly shut down at times and I was so frustrated I returned it. I read on a few sites, after these issues unfortunately, that this Samsung model was the better model to get in the same price range so I got it instead and I have to say I'm so much more satisfied with it, thus far. Right out of the box it had a great bright clear picture. It has sturdy legs that can be mounted at two different widths on the bottom of the TV. That came in handy because the first time I attached them it was too wide for the stand I use. With the Sony I had to buy a calibration disc to try and straighten the picture out but this one I barely adjusted to my liking with no disc and it looks great across the board...Streaming, video games, live TV. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the tiny remote with strange buttons. I prefer something with numbers and buttons that are lit and easy to tell what you're doing or looking for. This is a tiny little curved black thing with barely noticeable buttons that aren't clearly labeled and are difficult to adjust to when you're used to having a hundred things to press and this has like 6. But I just added the Comcast remote and use it as the primary. I've had no issues with the Smart features or sound quality. Everything is working like a charm so far and I'm very happy with the TV. Such a relief after my experience with the other TV.

TV is great. Picture is very good at 4K and black colors are good as well. Overall a good TV for the money

The tv looks good all around. The colors are spot on and the 4k content looks amazing. The only downside is the back panel. It’s a known issue that the back panel on the tv will slowly come apart from normal use. It is litterally on there with double sided tape and Samsung won’t do anything about it.

This was something I highly researched before buying, and every time I would waiver I found myself coming back to this model. I've always been a Samsung TV fan, and having had this in my family room for almost five months I could not be more pleased. Picture is amazing, apps add versatility. This is simply the best. By the way, I've had no issues with the motion sickness issues with sports despite with some Sony-biased employees will tell you.

Brilliant color and very deep blacks.It's very to having plasma type blacks. Amazing watching 4k tv on!

After reading a lot of reviews and doing research I decided this was the best tv for the price with hdr. Picture is great. There are so many picture settings you can program it so you get the picture you feel is best for you. I mainly watch tv shows, basketball and football. My only complaint would be the viewing angle. Picture stays clear but colors get washed out. However, it shouldn't affect you if you are sitting in normal viewing areas.

The picture clarity and color are fantastic and the wall mount makes it viewable by everybody in the room.

This TV made it so easy to integrate multiple devices and apps, making it as intuitive and enjoyable as possible. This was not even purchased for its 4K resolution, but -as Samsung continues to deliver- its picture is astounding with rich colors and deep HDR. The 240 Hz makes the motion easy to watch, even with sports and fast action content. Highly recommend this model for a great HD experience using multiple apps and input devices!

The picture quality is excellent. Thin and slim, which is a plus point and also the quality is great.

Bought this tv when my old one went out. It has a wonderful picture. Setup was easy and straightforward.

I initially purchased the Sony x850d. The colors on the Sony were very dark. Dependending on the channel I was watching I constantly had to go into settings and make changes. I returned it and purchased the Samsung. The colors on the Samsung are very bright and the picture quality is amazing. I've never had to go into settings to make any type of adjustments. The pre settings it came with are spot on. Would highly recommend this tv

I feel like a kid in a candy store. After 72 years I finally got the TV of my dreams, great quality, great picture, everything I hoped for. And what an experience I had at Best Buy when I had the Samsung representative in the store to explain everything there is to know about the TV. This will be the 6th Samsung TV I have purchased from Best Buy which includes some of them that were gifts for my family. Samsung and Best Buy are the BEST

This tv has an amazing picture. Setup was easy. Would recommend for somebody looking for a great tv.

TV works as expected. Picture quality is out standing. Really easy to to set up for ps4 and to use.

The picture color and clarity is outstanding. I also think the sound is very good. I did not buy a sound bar. I love that it has Netflix, etc built in. It's like having a movie screen in my living room. I did have to upgrade my Comcast box to an HD box, which increased my monthly cost. I also had to buy a new DVD player since my Bose Lifestyle system was not compatible with this TV. So a couple unexpected expenses, but it's a great TV.
