Bought this as an open box item and have had no complaints. It was cheaper than its Sony counter parts and the extra bright screen is great for viewing in all kinds of lighting at home. Great for those of us who cannot create a full home theater setting complete with a dark viewing room. The built in speakers sound good as well but I would recommend upgrading at some point for a louder fuller sound depending on your room size.

Awesome picture quality for the price. Very easy to setup and has a very nice remote for daily use.

Purchased Samsung 65 inch TV (UN64KS8000f). Purchased a Soubd Bar separately. Great combo. TV has a very bright, vibrant picture w/ awesome colors. Sound bar just enhances the viewing. Very good for sports & movies. Did a fair amount of research, going back & forth from Samsung to LG. Went w/ the Samsung & don't regret the decision for a second. Would buy Samsung w/o hesitation. Best Buy backs up there price match guarantee, 100%!

This is the best tv I have owned, the blacks are black, 4K is amazing.. Who needs 3D when you have HDR

The quality of the picture is great. The TV is somewhat expensive but the clarity and definition is worth the extra cost. It is also fairly intuitive to understand the features and controls.

When I decided to upgrade from my 6 yr old Vizio 45 in LED I did a lot of reading on 4K Ultra HD TVs. I had originally narrowed my search to a 70 in Samsung but decided the 65 in would suit my space better. The picture is outstanding but there is 15-30 minute period during the afternoon when the sun hits it just right to produce a glare that my older Vizio didn't have, otherwise I would have given this TV 5-stars. The speaker openings are downward facing on the bottom so there is less than an inch of the front of the TV that isn't screen. Despite the speakers not facing the front, the sound is pretty good. I would recommend this TV to anybody searching for a 4K Ultra HD.

We love our new TV. We knew we wanted a Samsung but deciding on the type was a bit more difficult. We did alot of homework on-line and eventually spoke to a Best Buy salesman who was very knowledgeable and with his help we decided on this TV. We have been very pelased with everything about it, it was even pretty simple to set up and install.

This is by far the best TV I've ever purchased. The detail of the picture is so crisp that is hormones as if your in it. I am very careful about what I buy but when I seen the picture there was no second choice this is my first, makes amazing products and I always use their phones for the last 8 years, when they put something out it's top notch, I would recommend this TV to anyone looking to buy a quality TV for a great price.

HDR picture is impressive colors are sensational. Hope hdmi 2.1 update soon

I was considering the OLED tv or this guy as these are rated as the best TVs on the Internet. I decided on this one because I could get the 65 for less than the 55 OLED and boy am I glad I did. 4K content looks amazing, my PS4 looks awesome, and cable content looks good. Wish there was more 4k content, but that will come. I feel this TV is future proof with its specs. Also, the built in apps open up immediately and work great!

Great picture, ez to setup and the single point control box reduces the length of the HDMI's.

This was easily the biggest TV purchase I've ever made. Over a year later, I'm still enjoying it. It's easy to use and has a great picture. If you're a gamer, there's nothing like running your stuff on a 4k. The only thing I don't like is the weight. It's over 75 pounds. I live in an older apartment building and have had some reservations about putting it on my wall. Other than that, it's a remarkable tv.

I love this tv! I watch a lot of sports and play some games not a crazy lot but enough to take into consideration! I also love movies and this tv does it all perfectly!! Took me forever to make up my mind and decided on what I wanted but after ready thousands of reviews and watching videos I went with this tv and can not be happier! The settings too a minute to get right but once they are figured out it looks awesome!!!
