I had been looking for a new tv for awhile and compared several Sony, Samsung and LG. i originally got a Sony, but found the color abit dull... seemed that only 4K content would really look great, and daily 1080 content just lost color and brightness. Exchanged for this Samsung and have extremely vivid and bright picture and excellent black levels.

The picture is incredible and I’m very happy with it. However, the operating system is a joke. The smart hub system freezes when you swap between apps. ARC audio DOES NOT WORK on this television. This TV has been out for over a year and Samsung still cannot fix the ARC audio problem when every other manufacturer CAN! Tells me that Samsung has moved onto bigger and better things and ARC audio will never be fixed. This is the LAST Samsung item that I purchase. Way too expensive of a TV for these problems. VERY disappointed!!!

The color quality on this tv is wonderful. It has a very clear, crisp picture. We have really enjoyed the size of the tv too.

This TV is fantastic! Have had it up for about 4 days now and I can not find one thing to complain about. I can't take my eyes off of it. Watching movies is like nothing I've ever seen before. Playing video games almost feels like real life. I can not say enough great things about this TV. Highly recommended to anyone trying to jump up to 4K.

I just recently bought this tv for my living area and we love it! We mounted on the wall with the moveable (all directions) wall mount. This tv serves its purpose by easily being seen throughout the entire living room and the picture quality is excellent. The smart features are also outstanding as well. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

We have been in need of a TV upgrade for about 5 years now and we couldn't be more pleased. Our new 65 in Samsung 4K TV makes an incredible difference. We have floor-to-ceiling windows which created some serious glare with our old TV and this one somehow minimizes the glare. Great picture and the smart remote with voice feature is fantastic. The delivery was quick, easy and on time as well! The only negatives would be sound quality of the TV by itself. You really need a soundbar or other speakers to have great sound quality with this TV.

Great picture quality. It makes you feel as though the actors are live and in person. Stunning details. Convenient set up and easy to use remote.

This was my first 4k tv purchase and I have to say it's great! It's edge lit so there's +/- to that technology. I got it for a great deal so that's what probably made me take the plunge and spend the cash! 4k movies are presented well for a middle/higher end tv model/technology. Id wait 6month-1yr if 4k upgrading, but I wanted it now haha

This TV is OK- not worth the money I spent on it (almost $2k) It actually had an issue where Samsung had to come replace the screen because it had little bubbles in it. The quality overall looks much better now- not sure if the first screen was a defect overall because it certainly didnt look 4k quality even when watching 4k shows. I've seen and watched other TVs that cost less that look better. Also, the ONE connect box is a pain!!!! they need to make that cord longer or make a place to house it on the back of the tv (like a little shelf or something) because the awkward length of the cord makes it impossible to do anything with!

I originally purchased a Sony HDR TV that was recommended to me, when I got it all hooked up I was extremely disappointed, the picture quality was worse than the 52 inch Samsung I replaced. After a week I couldn't take it anymore so I took it back and bought the Samsung I should have purchased and I couldn't be happier with it. The only complaint is have is about the response time, my old Samsung is 240hz while this is rated at 120hz, football can get a little blurred, other than that this thing is beautiful and the crew at Best Buy was amazing!

My husband and I are in our 70's and were apprehensive about us being able to use remotes and sound bar etc. The ease of use is quite remarkable as is the color clarity of the television. I must tell you that I have been able to set up the sound bar myself which was quite easy. Only wish that we had made this purchase sooner. Thank you Best Buy!

TV looks sleek with it's nearly zero bezel. The picture is fantastic right out of the box but with a little tweaking - looks even better. You're gonna want a sound bar with this bad boy as the one negative on this TV is that the sound quality is less than stellar with the internal speakers. Can't wait to fire up some 4K content on this thing!
