Great picture quality, yet received TV with some minor wear and tear that occurred during Geek Squad transportation. Needed to wait 2 weeks before they would bring out another one

Love this new TV! The picture is great. Didn't know what I was missing until I viewed a 4K HD TV. Watched a lot of 4K HD DVDs on it and the TV makes it feel like you are right there!

Definitely the sweet spot! You get more bang for your buck with this tv. Ironically one of the best things I've seen on it is the up converting on old John Wayne movies on tv.

This 8000 series is an awesome tv. Color and clarity can't be beat. I wish I had bought a bigger screen for our media room, though!

This 4k t.v. has went above and beyond my expectations!! I will always purchase samsung from now on. The picture is amazing, also the way they have their app set-up is great!!!

This TV is vastly superior to the older 47" 1080p it replaced. Took a while to get the picture settings to the way I liked but it was worth it. I like the separate HDMI connect box as it makes for a neater install when the TV is on the stand. Had a problem with lip synch with my Roku box (known Roku issue) so I use the built in apps. My main criticism is with the apps. Each app, e.g. Netflix, Amazon, operate in different ways which can be confusing and Netflix occasionally locks up or does not update the content. HDR performance can be variable but I believe it is an issue with the program, not the TV. Overall an excellent TV.

I just sat back and let the Geek team do the install. The picture transports you into the scene. Without a sound bar or system the sound is a little weak, but still acceptable.

We have had this TV for a little over 3 weeks and absolutely love it! The sleek modern styling really stands out. The picture is amazingly clear, especially watching 4K content.

This samsung was on display and at that price was under the competition. Great looking quality and sound. Has wifi and comes preloaded with your typical apps like netflix and hulu

We had a 47 inch Vizio 1080p TV before this, the difference is night and day. Great color, built in streaming apps, different modes for gaming and movies. 10/10 would buy again.

This Samsung Smart 4K Ultra HD TV is fantastic. Unbelievable picture quality image. Great sound and dynamic range. I've waited for a TV like this and found it in the 65" model.

Bought this as an open box item for $1900. And feel I got a great TV for the price. Picture quality is awesome, great features and excellent sound. Don't think twice, it's alright!

This tv has a clear and crisp view. The colors are bright and natural. The response time on interacting with it is fast. Really fast. Just don't think about it spying on you.

My favorite plasma TV finally died, and I needed a replacement. Of the many LED TVs I looked at, this kept coming up above the rest. Picture quality is great (once calibrated), and it makes for a great movie watching experience. My only critique would be the edge lighting bleeds into image on occasion.

Outstanding quality! Fit perfectly in the man cave! Only problem is that following adding this tv, it's lost man cave status as the whole family chooses this tv over the others.

The sales associate who helped me with my decision was extremely well-versed, very pleasant, and more than helpful. He clearly had a comprehensive and astute knowledge of Best Buy's entire product line of TVs and home theater equipment. It's been my personal experience - from decades of electronics and appliance purchases - that NO other store, whether it's the big chains or the smaller independent stores, can adequately compete with Best Buy. The associate's attentiveness and passion, along with his familiarity of ALL products in this category, was exemplary. Truly speaking, I couldn't be more pleased with entire process!!

This is my fourth Samsung display and I'm very impressed with its images. The colors are rich, the detail is fine, and motion is smooth. In the past, I haven't been a fan of Samsung's smart tv software, but they have certainly improved. My biggest complaint is the remote. It is a minimalist remote with several functions. When I fire up the Blueray player, there isn't a menu button to take you to the title menu. You have movie trailers before you see the menu? Gotta fast forward through them, which is multiple button presses to accomplish on this minimalist remote. I end up digging for the blueray remote. In the amazon video app, you have to use the color buttons to navigate around, but doing this with the minimalist remote means you're pressing several buttons just to hit the yellow button. It does have DNLA streaming which is great because we watch home videos and old DVD movies across the network, but you cannot resume where you left off like on my previous display and seeking through these videos is slower.

Great Television! The picture and sound quality is Excellent. The technology is just so obvious with this set. I really like the one connect with the optical audio connection.
