Like the clarity very pleased with the quality picture.very user friendly

I was skeptical with buying such an expensive tv but in the end I was very satisfied with the product....But I do sense that your overall technology ( samsung phone, wireless router, uhd Netflix subscription) have to be the latest or "not old" so your TV works to its best... always consider this when you want to see the tv the same way you see it displayed at the store...

This tv is perfect size for my basement rec room. You need to play with the settings a while to get it just right because different settings are best for Blu Ray vs DVD vs broadcast sports.

We love the tv, but hate the little voice that won't stop talking when you turn the volume up or down....she says, "volume 19, volume 20, volume 21" till you stop, then she has to say....every time...."HDMI BRIGHTHOUSE". I will have to find out how to shut her up. Still learning on a smart TV as it is our first smart item we have...yes still using a flip phone!

The picture on this tv is amazing. The colors and brightness look incredible. Motion blur is not bad at all. The 120 refresh rate is good. 240 would probably be better but not for twice the money in my opinion. My wife and I love this tv.

I was a Samsung fan and was suggested to go to Sony. I like Sony but that specific Tv model i bought did not impress me at all. This new Samsung was amazing in Video Resolution and cannot go wrong on buying one more soon. Thank you Samsung

Great quality on the picture, it fits perfectly where i wanted it...

Great picture quality and very intuitive smart menu. Only complaints so far is sometimes the remote doesn't want to actually turn the tv on and I have to use our cable remote to do so. Also, the mounting set up was a little precarious due to the slight curve on the back of the tv requiring set up to be a little more involved than had the back been flat.

Seamless switching between inputs. Doesn't recognize Amazon Firestick for some reason. Voice remote search doesn't work with Netfix app. The small remote control has taken the place of several of my remotes including an xbox remote!

It's hard to go wrong with this Samsung big screen. Bright colors, great detail. Maybe not pitch perfect blacks, but it's a lot less expensive than an OLED. I thought the set-up could be a little easier, maybe it's just the remote is a little too much smarter than me but to do everything people want I suppose it has to be a little complicated.

For some reason, the actual model I purchased (2016) on sale was unavailable at the time of delivery. So Best Buy went ahead and delivered the 2017 Model! It is fantastic and really like everything about it. Thanks Best Buy!!

Great picture quality! Have mine paired up with a samsung soundbar and couldnt be happier. My wife has been on maternity leave, so this tv has literally been on 24 hours a day for over a month! We are getting our money worth!

Bought this TV just before Oscar night, the picture was so clear that the wife and I thought we were at the Oscars ourselves. When we bought the first one we knew we had to change out the other two old tv's. 4K all the way.
