Excellent quality and price

The salesman also check for price comparisons and we got it a "steal" price. I would recommend that if you are in the market for a TV to contact Jeremy at the Palm Desert location. He worked with us as if the purchase came out of his own pocket. Thanks Jeremy!

In general, a nice TV with good picture.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 downfalls I feel. 1 - The remote could be bigger and have more buttons to direct functions rather than a popup display and scrolling through a menu. 2 - Most important though is that you cannot connect this TV to a surround system that does not have HDMI and digital capabilities. All it needs to do is export the sound through even RCA cables. If the suround is of good quality, it will do what it is supposed to. One suggestion was to upgrade the receiver. Definitely not a need for that. The other was to try a digital to analog converter between the two. Key word there is try.

We love this Samsung!

It's really difficult to plan for size and fit in a room, but this 65" was perfect sitting about 12 feet from it. The picture is clear and sharp. It was a challenge getting our surround hooked up, but that wasn't the TV's fault. Can't believe we waited so long. The Samsung was the best price for the size and We loved the Best Buy service. Easy to use and great people
