Went in to complete purchase of an LG

Of course it was the only model not displayed. A salesman told us we really should get the Sony model. Well, guess what was out of stock! So, they bring over the Samsung expert. It's ok. From our custom geek squad install, we still have not figured out how to play dvds. Not our best experience with best buy. And , more money.
