    Looking for value in a 65" TV. This represents a good picture and good value in the price range. The issue I have is with the interface and I am sure if I purchase the very best Samsung TV I will have the same issues. I use an antenna and have a media PC I use to record shows. The auto switch on HDMI is annoying if your device turns on it the TV automatically switches to that input. So when the PC wakes up to record it automatically switches to that HDMI port. Similar problem with apple TV. I was watching a show late at night and my apple TV downloaded a firmware update and rebooted twice and the TV kept switching to that HDMI port. This auto switch HDMI should be configurable. Channel scan. If for some reason a channel is unavailable the TV will switch to no signal and immediately ask if you want to scan channels. This results in a total rescan of all channels. If a channel is off the air the default action is to rescan channels. Resulting in wiping out your configurations and ignoring any missing channels. You should be able to lock out channel scan and other config options so young users cannot inadvertently change config. Netflix on 4k. I have no idea if Netflix is streaming in 4k. There is no indication of the rate. I press the info button and get no data as to current stream rate. Wonder if this is to avoid complaints about Netflix not streaming in 4K or HD. The channel guide for OTA is nice but does not fill all channels on screen so as you scroll down it stops and wheels spin as you move to next line. Should just data fill whole menu in guide. The system also blocks all access to Smart hub apps unless you relinquish privacy rights. I am paying for Neflix. Aspect ratio, TV makes some odd decisions for displaying standard definition content and menu to reconfigure aspect ratio is several deep. In summary nice TV but idiosyncrasies in software have me considering other options. I suspect some of the design choices are to avoid support calls. In summary although the Smarthub interface is simple and clean it invades privacy and lacks some basic configuration options.

    Amazing picture quality for a reasonable price!

    After my four year old Samsung plasma stopped working, I needed to find a comparable replacement. Luckily for me, the UN65KU6300 became available the same day and Best Buy was able to ship it to the store within a couple days. PROS: -Picture Quality: Wow, I can't stress enough the difference in picture quality between 1080p and 4K. On top of 4K resolution, HDR really allows for a dynamic color variations and brightness I was never able to experience with my plasma. CONS: - Remote control: This is very minor, but the remote has definitely been simplified to the point where I feel like it's not meant to be used as the main source of controlling the tv. I have an Xbox One connected to DirecTV, so I'm either using the controller, DirecTV remote, or voice control to navigate most of the time. Another small complaint is the lack of 4K content, but I can't fault Samsung since I bought this tv to last me for the next few years. Overall, if you're in the market for an inexpensive television with great picture, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

    I bought this tv due to its price and low levels of problems in the reviews. The picture quality is so sharp and clear it looks like you're watching a soap opera. The sound quality is great and is spectacular with the sound bar. It's very easy to set up and program. Most of the reviews were about the new condensed remote which is not a problem if you read the manuals and keep an open mind. Thumbs up!

    Bought this tv Sat. Can't say enough about the picture and all the features! Besides the Tv the BB guy helping me was top notch! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable! Overall great product and fantastic service!!

    This tv is great. The color is vivid and the speakers on the tv work great too. My older Samsung smart tv is hit or miss with volume quality but the new tv sounds great. Love my new purchase!

    Not a good choice for cord cutting

    I like my new Samsung TV (I got the 60 inch version). Picture, after I made a lot of adjustments and experiments, is very good. Not a good choice for viewing at 45 degrees or more to the side, but I won't have to do much of that. I like the Bluetooth capability. No problems with motion blur with sports so far. It seems to upscale the picture from 1080p to near 4K quality, but does not do a very good job with standard definition video, which many YouTube videos seem to be. One think I don't like is the stand. It takes 17 inches of room from to back which takes up most of any surface I'm likely to put it on. Can't put the sound bar in front of the tv on my 24 inch deep tv console. But, I can work around that. The main reason for my lower review is that Samsung's smart hub is very limited in which apps you can access. I want to cut the satellite cord and just stream my programs, but you can only install apps from the Samsung store. I can get Amazon and YouTube, which I watch a lot. I don't use Netflix or Hulu, but these are available. I cannot get PBS, Sling TV, Play Station View, or Acorn TV, which would provide the channels I would watch a lot. I will work around this problem by using a Roku Streaming Stick, but that's another $50 for something I think the TV should do. At the time of purchase the Samsung site boasted you can "watch ALL of your streaming channels." I advise you to check on whether you can get the channels and apps you want before you buy a Samsung TV.

    Besides the fact that it comes with Netflix, Pandora, etc built into the tv (so I can use my Roku in another room), it automatically recognizes and sets-up everything you plug into it like a soundbar and cable box automatically. In fact, I was surprised to find that I could control my Xfinity cable box (channel guide, on demand, etc) with the provided TV remote...still use the Xfinity remote but nice to have back-up. The picture settings out of the box were not that great, but after tweaking them in Settings a little, it looks ultra HD now. Great tv.

    I purchased this TV because I love my 60" I have upstairs. I think Samsung TVs IMO have the best smart TV platform out there. I was very impressed with the sound quality as well.

    Great picture and plenty of features except for one thing. Samsung should not have removed the analog audio output. To many people need that connection for headphones or second zone audio. Bad decision on there part.

    I read all the reviews for this TV and everything sounded great until I actually started using the TV. Samsung puts their own operating system on these TVs called Tizen. The OS itself is a mess. There have been so many times where the onscreen menu for changing inputs would just disappear, meaning you would have to force reset the TV. The sound when connected to a sound bar makes constant popping noises. I've connected 2 different soundbars and have had the same result. My next move is to upgrade the soundbars and see if that makes a difference. The sound will also randomly just drop. To fix this you'll need to do a TV reset. (Hold the power button on the remote until the TV turns off and back on again) Do not allow your TV to be connected via WiFi as this will cause nothing but problems with your internet connection/router. We constantly had to reset our router or there were many times where the wifi would just stop working. To fix that we made up a fake wifi network and connected the TV to that and since we've done that the wifi has worked with out issue. Other than the issues stated above the TV works. I was really disappointed in Samsung with how this TV functioned with the sound issues and wifi issues and the OS issues. Picture quality is great and colors are vibrant but next time I'll stick to a Vizio.

    I just picked this tv up on 5/24/16 and I LOVE IT! Really clear and crisp image. Very happy with my purchase. I had bought a Sony 4K 65" but was not happy at all. I decided to go with my favorite brand and it didn't fail me at all, 100% would recommend

    I like this TV a lot. I feel I got a great deal on it where it's really good value for a large size and high quality TV. The HD picture is great. One thing I don't like about it is the remote control keypad sticks sometimes, but maybe it's just my control. I would recommend this TV to my friends.
